Charming house on deep water cove and amazing views

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful house with open concept, spacious outdoor space and easy access to the lake. House comfortably sleeps 5 with a master bedroom and open sleeping with 2 twins and a futon upstairs . Complete kitchen, dining room, two full bathrooms and a spacious living room with a fireplace. Covered carport is great for outdoor eating and having fun with family in the shade. Relax on the front porch with gorgeous views of Cherokee Lake and enjoy the firepit at night.

The space
The entire house is open to guest, except outside storage area. We also rent the house next door, so great option for a large family or multiple families to stay close together but have their own space. That cabin sleeps 4. Contact me for more formation or check out our other listing.

Other things to note
This house overlooks the marine, which is in deep water with year round boat access. Marina typically has space to dock your boat during your visit.

We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, k cups, laundry pods and paper towels
to get you through until you can get to the store.

Driveway is steep.

This house is rural, with only a Dollar General within about 5 miles. Grocery stores are about 20 minutes away.

Trash pick up is done by the owner, who will pick up trash at the end of your staff. That being said, if you have excess trash or trash begins to smell, let us know and we will pick it up.
