Just 1/3 mile to Big Boulder and 2 minute walk to the Boulder Lake Club beach and pool in the summer, life can't get an easier for your Pocono getaway!!

Enjoy 3 sleeping areas, a roomy open floor plan, kitchen and living space, and get all the fresh air and wildlife you need you want while sitting on the large rear deck!

Our beautiful kitchen is stocked and ready for you, with all the necessary cookware you'll need to feed your gang.
The huge granite prep island will provide plenty of space for your chef while allowing them to interact in the fun! 4 island chairs and seating for 6 at the dining table will provide plenty of space for family meals.

Cozy up on the family room sectional in front of the real wood burning fireplace!

We have 3 sleeping areas and 2 full bathrooms:

The1st Bedroom is located on the main floor, with a King bed, smart tv, burea closet and room darkening blinds.
The large 2nd bedroom is upstairs, with a queen bed and twin bunks. bureau, closet and room darkening blinds.
The 3rd sleeping area in is the loft area, with a Queen bed.

Full bath downstairs has double vanities, and shower tub combo
Full bath upstairs has a walk-in shower and separate deep jetted jacuzzi (not suitable for children)

MORE THAN A LAKE DESTINATION
• Schedule your tee time at 2 gorgeous public courses, Split Rock Golf Course just 1 mile away, or Jack Frost National Golf Club, 6 miles up the road.
• Waterski and water tube on Lake Harmony with Lake Harmony Watersports or take a leisurely crouise around Lake Harmony with Captain Wolf!

WINTERTIME: You can't get any closer to the winter fun than here! Ski and Snowboard from morning till night at Jack Frost and Big Boulder sister mountains!

Take an ATV tour, go horseback riding, try one of the 5+restaurants&bars within 3 miles from us, splash @ H2ooooh Waterpark or Kalahari Waterpark. Choose from numerous great Hiking trails, go mountain biking, paintball excursions, cach NASCAR at Pocono Racetrack! Take a train ride in Jim Thorpe or maybe just window shop and eat and drink your way thru the quaint little town.
You name it, it’s all within 5-20 minutes from us!

Other things to note

Unfortunately we cannot have pets in this community, sorry!

We do NOT provide beach towels, please bring from home

Being in the Big Boulder Community, we have access to the all year round in door Split Rock Water Park. No need to stay at the hotel to gain access but there is a fee to enter.


Please be aware we have our own Stay Agreement that you will need to approve once booked to ensure you abide by our terms and conditions and registration with our HOA

Guest must be 24or older to rent
Guest will provide valid ID,l and approve our stay agreement sent thru our guest portal upon booking
All smoking must be done outdoors
