Your family will be across the street from the lake, pool, and clubhouse, no driving needed, just walk across! Children of all ages will love staying at the Wolf Den house, wild times to be had by all!

A 3-floor house, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,

2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with balcony view of lake) loft with a sofa bed and bathroom.

1st Floor: 1 large bedroom with bathroom, living room (fireplace), full kitchen with table and a huge dining room for 10 people.

Basement: (walkout) has a living room (fireplace) and foosball table (coffee table), game area with a pool table, 1 bathroom. Washer and Dryer available for use.

Outdoors: front deck with seating, balcony with view to the lake and a back deck with seating, BBQ and backyard. Driveway has plenty of room for 4 cars

Guest access: The front door has a combo lock which is changed after every stay.
NOTE: Guests are required to walk up a staircase onto the front deck from driveway to access the front door.

NOTE: During the summer season, the community only gives out EIGHT (8) wristbands for use of the amenities (lake and pool), children 5 and over must use a wristband. TWO (2) additional wristbands can be purchased by renters at the boat rental booth, and they are $10 per wristband per day.

NOTE: During the summer season, the lake is tested often for the quality of the water. After testing sometimes, the bacteria levels will be too high, and the lake will temporarily be closed for swimming until levels drop down to a safe level. This usually occurs after large amounts of rainfall. Laying on the beach, boat rentals, and the pool are NOT affected by the closure.

Identification of renter and plate information is required of all the vehicles (max 4) staying at the property. The community requires each vehicle display a vehicle/trash pass from Towamensing Trails while on community property, $5 per vehicle.

Renters are REQUIRED to bring all trash to the community's Trash Compactor located at 46 Towamensing Trail, Renters will need to display the vehicle/trash pass to security at the site.

There is a $25 a stay fee for operational costs of community amenities.

There is a $25 a night pet fee, the pet(s) need to be less than a total of 50lbs.
