Ihr Gästezimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten mit angrenzendem Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem Wohnbereich mit Queensize-Schlafsofa. Die Terrasse außerhalb des Wohnzimmers hat tolle Morgenblicke auf den Sonnenaufgang am Meer. Location, location, location. Beach views were amazing! Great place to stay for a family of 4. No issues. There could be more TLC for the property but it is perfect for what the price is.

Great beach trip

This was our second time here. We really enjoy the location. It's just down the steps to walk out onto the beach. There's two decks to see the beach from which we enjoyed. You can see the beach from three different windows and hear the waves from inside the condo.

Just what was needed!

This is our second trip to this location. We were not disappointed. A great place to get that much needed break. Very quite with everything you need. Owner responds quickly to any questions you might have.

Great Place - The steps are a killer

We loved the location. The condo is lovely, very well stocked, porches are wonderful and the views are fabulous. I would book it again but the steps are a deal breaker for us and wished we had read every review first. We are 69 and 72 and it was difficult to carry luggage up to the third floor. The second level is a nice loft but it has a tight spiral staircase so we stayed on the first level. Parking was not a problem, although we never found the parking passes.

Right at the beach

I loved that we could walk straight out to the beach. The only downside that wasn’t mentioned was that it’s on the top (3rd) floor and only stairs. A lot of stairs. Then the main bedroom is up a spiral staircase in a loft area. Otherwise, we loved the stay. The lived the view of the ocean from the balcony.

looking forward to rebooking!

we absolutely loved the condo! 3 flights of stairs + a spiral staircase seems like a lot, but it’s well worth the view. we loved sitting on the top balcony and watching fireworks down the beach every night. the condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, linens, and beach equipment, so it cut down significantly on how much of our luggage we had to drag upstairs. we had a few mishaps, but Jerry was wonderful with communication and answered any questions we had within the hour. the only thing I will say is that there were several large cockroaches throughout the condo that we had to fight with every night- i’m not sure if this is due to it being an older building or from all the rain we got the week we were there. regardless, it wasn’t enough of a deterant to prevent us from booking again. overall this was such a great experience, and so many fun memories were made in 301!

Nice but needs some love

The property was clean but the AC supply vents in the ceiling were nasty. The bathroom exhaust fans were dirty/dusty. Great views and access to the beach. Loved having two decks. Kitchen outfitted well-found everything we needed. AC in general could not keep up with the heat. We had it set on 68 the whole time we were there just to stay comfortable, but still not cool enough at night. We kept the drapes closed the whole time to help. Therefore, we had to sleep downstairs instead of the master bedroom, because it was cooler. The spiral staircase is dangerously narrow. It made it very difficult to take suitcases up and down. Knew about it beforehand and did not think it would be bad-it was. The downstairs locker was a good thing-plenty of supplies.

Good location, needs some remodeling/updates

The location of the condo building is great! The actual room though has many stairs you have to go up to get to this condo. So if you are someone that can’t handle a lot of stairs I would not recommend this condo. Also, I think this condo needs a better description and more pictures. There are no pictures of the kitchen, it is vey small and needs remodeling. It needs to be told that there is a small spiral stair case that you have to use to get to the master bedroom, which it should also be noted that is actually a loft. There is no door. There is a bathroom on the second level but it is very small and needs updated. The shower head was very nice, but that’s about all. There is a nice deck off the room upstairs. As far as the main level, the bedroom was nice and the bathroom was good size , but again needs updated.

Wonderful condo!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean. It was a great location. We could walk down stairs and right out to the beach. There were two floors. There was a balcony up stairs and down stairs looking strait out to the ocean, not a sideview where you have to look around the corner to see it. There were nice chairs and a table on each balcony. The beds were comfortable. We loved that we could store our beach chairs and bikes in a storage room down at ground level with a lock. Everything we needed, might would need or forgot to bring was there. We hope to stay there again!

Great time!

Be aware this is 3rd floor with no elevator and 41 steps. That being said well worth the climb! Very clean, well stocked with all you need, and a wonderful view. There is a locked room on ground for your chairs etc. Owner was very helpful when contacted about issue with front door being hard to lock. Fixed the next day. Would definitely go back!

Nice place, rude management

The place itself was very nice, I gave it 3 stars because the manager was very rude after checkout. I stayed in the property with friends for a week. When we left, we followed all checkout instructions and, in addition, brought the comforters downstairs to be laundered along with the linens. A few days later, he messaged me in the middle of the night ranting about what a hassle washing the comforters had been, and that they were "clean" despite us having used them for a week. The messages were aggressive. The place itself was lovely but the disrespectful and unprofessional messages the manager sent have tainted my memory of the place, and his attitude about the used comforters threw the cleanliness of the condo into question for me.

Arrived late at property and key was located a different property. Key was on a post and the property was dark so I could not locate the key and could not get property owner until the next day. Property owner very nice but the check in should be done a little differently.
