Garden City Beach- spectacular sunset views over the Murrells Inlet Marsh. Seawatch Inn 305 at the Landing gives you a third-floor panorama from your screened deck. An elevator makes access a breeze both to the swimming pool, hot tub, and fishing/crabbing deck. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails from your elevated perch. Launch your kayak or paddle board from the private boat ramp.

This two-bedroom, one bathroom condo is fully equipped and has everything you need for cooking meals, eating, linens and one towel set per guest. You may want to bring your own beach towel and accessories for a day on the beach. Don’t forget your fishing gear! No fishing license required for the private fishing dock.

Additional Items: Screened Porch, Grill, Pool, Dishwasher, Microwave, Dishes/Utensils, Washer/Dryer, Completely Furnished, Linens, TV Cable, free WIFI Jacuzzi, drip coffee maker for full pot or single serve. The third-floor unit is easily accessible with the elevator. Sorry, No Pets and No Smoking.

Enjoy a pleasant stroll down the Marsh Walk elevated walkway. The area offers 80 golf courses, outlet shopping, entertainment, theaters, and water parks. Garden City Beach is well sited between Myrtle Beach and Pawleys Island, SC. Historic Charleston is only one and a half hour’s drive away.

The condo was a little small, but the overall views of the marsh and access to the pier for fishing made up for it. My family had a wonderful time there. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The Campbells are wonderful and we have enjoyed renting their unit! Seawatch is a favorite of ours, with the beautiful views of the Inlet, quick walk to the beach, and lots of fun things to do in walking distance. Quiet and family friendly! Will definitely be back again!

Good Location, Super Clean property

I really enjoyed the view of the inlet from the porch early in the mornings and late afternoon. The location was perfect for our weekend stay as we were mostly visiting south end (Pawley’s/Murrells Inlet). Very clean and organized process for booking.

Nice Stay

Beautiful view of the canal. Great for two people. I wish I was aware of the flooding in the parking lot. I awoke to my car sitting in a large amount of water and the bridge alongside of the condo being closed. Unfortunately this was not anticipated and we arrived late to our outting.

Wonderful Stay!

We have stayed at Seawatch the last 5 years, and this was by far the nicest unit we have stayed in! It was clean, beautifully decorated, wonderful array of kitchen appliances and utensils, comfortable and cozy accommodations. The host was prompt with communication and very helpful from the moment of booking until the end of our stay. We will definitely book with The Campbells again!

Beautifully decorated and great balcony view

We enjoyed our stay. It was beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony of the marsh was so peaceful. We even got to enjoy a fireworks show one night. It is just a couple blocks walk to the pier and the beach. Also, walking distances to great ice cream place and some shopping.

Great place to stay

Very clean, super comfortable with fantastic view. Everything you could need is already provided. All you need are some groceries and you’re all set. The porch has a great view over the inlet and is a great place to watch the sunset. Would definitely return.

This place is beautiful. The condo was so clean and pretty. It had everything we needed. We loved the screened porch where we took naps lol. The breeze coming off the waterway felt so good. The property was very clean. We will definitely be back!

We had such an amazing week!! The condo was in the perfect location!! We walked to the beach everyday and my husband fished off of the docks! Check in was easy, they even let us in early! We will definitely stay here again!

Great vacation in Garden City

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Owner was very communicative, and everything was exactly as listed and pictured. We enjoyed the sunsets over the marsh on the beautiful balcony and the location was perfect -- very close to the beach and stores/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We loved the view and the location. Great family trip. Our only complaint was checking in. We arrived early asked in the office if we could get in. Ladies in the office said room was clean and ready to go. Once we were in the property we found a pile of dirty linens, called down to office and they said they would take care of it. The maintenance guy came and had us move to the rental next door for the night so the room could be thoroughly cleaned. Inconvenient but the rest of our stay was fabulous. Thank you!

Beautiful sunset views

We enjoyed our time here, despite the unusually cold weather for March 30-50s. the sunsets over the marsh were spectacular and local seafood at Lee’s Inlet Kitchen and Gulfstream Cafe delicious. Owner was very quick to help with a clogged drain. Because the pool was in disrepair and fishing / tanning deck/ with picnic table unavailable, we didn’t get to use those amenities as pictured (it does appear that the inn is working on this and may be fixed in a few months) the owner was quick to respond despite this mishap. The location was great, we were a block to the beach, and the Marsh walk was nearby too. Close to Myrtle Beach attractions
