Tucked away on a quiet street in iconic Laurel Canyon, this two-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful hillside escape surrounded by trees and natural light. With an open kitchen, a cozy living room anchored by a stone fireplace, and an outdoor infrared sauna, the home blends comfort, style, and serenity. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this space offers everything you need to unwind and recharge in the heart of Los Angeles’ most storied canyon.
Step inside to a bright, open living area where sunlight pours through skylights and large windows. The living room features a plush leather sofa, Smart TV, and a striking rock fireplace that sets the tone for cozy evenings at home.
The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials for preparing meals. A breakfast nook for two provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or casual dining.
Each bedroom is designed for restful sleep, with beautiful duvet bedding and comfortable mattresses.
The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, while the front bedroom offers a king bed facing the front entry. The bathroom features a tub-shower combination with fresh towels and hotel-style amenities.
Step outside into your private backyard, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of nature. Comfortable seating areas invite you to relax beneath the trees and take in the surrounding hillside views. The infrared sauna provides the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring the city.
Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

You’ll be just minutes from the Canyon Country Store and Pace Restaurant, two local favorites. A short drive takes you to West Hollywood, Studio City, or the Sunset Strip, making this location ideal for both relaxation and convenience.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. Unique and significant attractions are abundant within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you’re the type who wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Driveway parking is available for two cars, and the street is quiet and residential. The home is available for short-term stays and also welcomes monthly guests.
By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
