Playa Potrero is located in the heart of the Gold Coast Region and in the Guanacaste Province, located in the northwestern part of the country along the coast of the Pacific Ocean. The weather in Playa Potrero is warm and dry, and the area suffers little from the humidity that can be found in the middle and southern pacific regions. December through April is known as the Verano, or the summer, and is the peak tourist season. The abundance of sunshine, the lack of hurricane and tropical storms risks, and the fact that very few places in the world offer such consistently good weather for such an extended period of time.

Renting a car is the best way to get around Potrero since things are spread out. You can walk to places in Potrero itself but if you want to go to Flamingo, Brasilito or Las Catalinas, you should rent a car.

Pura Vida! Our beautiful first-floor one-bedroom one-bathroom vacation condo located in beautiful Potrero, Costa Rica, is the ideal setting for your stay. We have sleeping space for up to 2 guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room that sleeps an additional 2 guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, granite countertops, and a view of the back patio (cook with a view!). As we are a first floor unit, there’s no worry needed bringing in your bags. We also have 24/7 security.

We offer a shared sparkling pool for the residents of Villa Jazmin to help beat the heat, and a lovely outdoor BBQ area. There is direct access to the pool from our patio. That patio has a locked gate that will take you directly to the pool area, which also features two common area bathrooms, a common area cabana, and plenty of deck space.

Did we mention how convenient our location is? Located just one block from the beach, we are also surrounded by two markets, a fruit stand, six restaurants/bars, and more, all easily walkable from our condo! We’re also just a short drive from the Liberia Airport.

You won’t want to miss the breathtaking views of Playa Potrero- be sure to bring your camera for the sunrises and sunsets and of the crystal clear ocean water. Memories of a lifetime await!

- IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
