Endless Beach Condo: am Strand mit herrlichem Blick!

Hello Paul Thank you for your helpful comments. We have improved the toilets. All the ACs work properly now, as normally they all do. We do keep up with their maintenance in a very challenging environment, and we encourage guests to inform us about any such problems. I hope we can host you again soon.

Apologies to all prospective guests! I should have replied to this long ago. Based on her comments, shortly after, we replaced the MBR queen mattress with a top-quality pillow top one from Selther. VERY comfy. And no more complaints. I would love to have good snorkelling with free and ready access in our area, but can't do much about that. It certainly costs more, but the local dive companies can take people out to good places.

Hi Wanda Thanks for your well-considered review. As you say, the location is wonderful, and the beach and ocean vista is just stunning. We were in the process of dealing with the shortcomings you mentioned, plus several other major upgrades, when Covid hit and we had to suspend most of the project. Thank you very much Lisa. I am delighted that you enjoyed your time at our Endless Beach home. I was aware of the lighting issue in the second bedroom, and that is now much improved since I have installed recessed ceiling lights with a dimmer. There is also a new set of pots and pans in the kitchen, and I have replenished the cutlery. (not sure where it goes...) I value my guests' constructive criticism, thank you! Again, thanks for your kind words. I hope that we can be your destination again in the near future. You will be very welcome in our home.

Thank you, Kim, for your helpful feedback. I am now in Surfside and I have already remedied most of the deficiencies you pointed out. I inspected the condo personally in early December and everything worked.normally. Unfortunately, the guests we had in the post-Christmas week left a number of things in poor condition, including the fans, which have now been repaired. The AC also works normally. The internet is more difficult, as we are at the mercy of the providers. Our routers are quite robust, but there are occasional dropouts from the provider. A fact of life here, which we hope will improve in time. I hope that you can come back soon, and when you do, you will see that the deficencies you pointed out have all been addressed.

Hello Dale: Yes, the view from the balcony is quite spectacular. It is my favourite place to be at sunset. I am sorry that our condo was not otherwise to your liking. I am already aware of some of the items you mentioned. Recently we installed a new high-efficiency air conditioner. I suppose the hole you mentioned must be from the one we replaced. I had not noticed this, but I will see that it is repaired now that I know. I will certainly mention the pool condition to the management. Thank you. The mattress in the pullout is the thickest we could find that would fit it when folded up. I know it is not very comfortable for adults, and we do caution our guests that is really for children. We keep it to be able to offer the extra capacity for families . I have personally reset the patio door several times, but it will still go of the track sometimes. Sorry about that. I am afraid we can do little about the ants. We control them with poison etc. where possible, but you are in their world and they will always be around. We do strive to give our guests the best possible Endless Beach experience. We value your suggestions for improvement. I hope we can exceed your expectations on your next visit Update: The interior of the condo has been completely repainted. The hole by the AC is fully sealed up. The concrete base under the patio doors has been completely repaired and the doors work smoothly, as they should. The pool pumping system was being repaired when you were here, unfortunately. That work was completed soon after, and the pool has been clean and well-maintained ever since. I do hope that we can be your hosts again. I would be happy to offer you something to compensate for your previous disappointment. Thank you, Gary

Dear Darrell: Thank you very much for your helpful feedback. I am very pleased that you and Dona enjoyed your time in Costa Rica on our beautiful Potrero beach. Our location is indeed wonderful. I apologize that not everything was to your liking in the condo. I am aware already of some of the points you raise, and I thank you for pointing out others. I will be remedying them when I come there in a couple of weeks. I will report back on this later this month. Our cleaning regimen is normally twice a week. Our regular lady has been in poor health and unavailable for a couple of months now, and we have had to find substitutes at short notice. Happily, I learned yesterday that our regular lady, who is excellent, will be rejoining the team again right away, so this will no longer be an issue. The laundry room, which is part of the common area, is scheduled for paint and revamp shortly. Of course it is cleaned regularly as part of the normal regimen, which will be starting again right away. Again, thank you for your constructive comments. I am very glad you could share and enjoy our lovely place for a couple of weeks. March 11: I have been in Surfside for several days and I have already remedied much of what you found lacking. We now nave new bed linens and towels and all the fans and AC work properly. Our regular maid is back and will be resuming her twice-weekly schedule.
