The house is located a 5 minute drive to the Romantic area and 2 blocks from the beach. The entire property has beautiful ocean views and is surrounded by lush vegetation. You can relax and enjoy the jungle and sea experience that characterizes Puerto Vallarta.

The space
I'm talking a little bit about this beautiful project that combines modern materials like apparent concrete and steel beams with traditional materials like red brick, clay tile, blacksmith and wood. Bathrooms are semi-closrados, with screened windows.

It has four levels. -Parking and common lounge area on the first level.
-The second and third floors have a studio and an apartment per level for vacation guests with private access each.
-The fourth floor is a private home with two friendly and quiet dogs. The pool area is on the fourth level.
You'll be staying in the second level apartment.

Two blocks away is the access to Conchas Chinas beach, one of the most beautiful in Puerto Vallarta.

Downtown Vallarta is a 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk.
I have been living in Puerto Vallarta 26 years and I can gladly orient you and recommend places, restaurants and various activities according to your tastes and preferences.

When I arrived in Puerto Vallarta for the first time I fell in love with Conchas Chinas for its tranquility, its jungle and its spectacular views. 5 years ago I started this project that I can now share with you.

From the terrace and balconies you can see the whales playing in the sea. It's also a great spot for birdwatching. For its tranquility we can still very closely appreciate the wildlife and various endemic species. It's a great place to connect with the land, nature, the sea. We are very respectful of wildlife and appreciate everything she gives us.
We would like you to feel at home in your stay.

Guest access
The common ground floor area is available 24 hours. The pool area is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM in winter; and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM in summer. And restricted and private areas should be respected. We suggest staying on the terraces and not entering the areas with vegetation since we are in a tropical area with a diversity of flora and fauna, which we care for and respect.

Other things to note
The apartment has a bedroom and dressing room area that have aluminum gates and mosquito nets that isolate them from the outside. The kitchen and living room area is semi-open with ceiling fans. It is cool and pleasant because it has very good natural air circulation.

Due to the proximity to areas of much vegetation it is important not to leave food or belongings on the terraces and balconies during the night, as they attract wildlife such as badgers, tlacuaches, iguanas, etc. Please do not feed them as they eat things that the jungle provides. I don't touch them either because they are non domestic animals which, although none are aggressive, can act unexpectedly.
