Sliding doors lead directly to the screened lanai with a private pool and BBQ area, ideal for outdoor dining and leisure. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals, while the dining table seats six guests comfortably. A laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, along with free high-speed Wi-Fi, adds extra convenience.
