Perfect Villa for Our Volunteer Trip

The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs while volunteering at Give Kids the World Village. Just minutes from Disney and the Village. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, and a nice private pool with spa. The resort pool was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Great getaway with the family

We had a great time here! The house was great, plenty of space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great. The kids had a blast, they barely wanted to leave the house! It was also really close to fun family adventures. The hosts were very responsive. We will be coming back!

Nice stay

Very nice home , very good pool ! Only the mattress are very bad maybe you can remove them en buy new mattress for the beds.

Home away from home

Our stay was beyond AMAZING the house has a great layout very open. Pool was great, we spend a lot of time in the kitchen enjoying each others company and food. Everything was assessable. Overall best vacation home we have stayed at in Kissimmee .

Great place

The hot tub was a pain in the ass always air locked had to hold hand over jets for while sometimes to get it going. Other than that it was a great place clean. And great people to deal with.

The house was very conveniently located for what we wanted to do. We had a great stay!

The home was very welcoming and the amenities great. Although it was a bit noisy from all the traffic on S Poinciana Blvd, the location was perfect for golfing, shopping, entertainment, everything we wanted to do. We brought a few things to Management's attention and they were VERY quick to respond. We were very impressed! Looking forward to next year.

Review

The stay was wonderful minus the hot tub and pool not working properly and the hot tub being green and dirty. But, I was able to be in contact with the property manager and they did get someone out to clean and get the hot tub in working order again. It was the perfect place for our family and we would definitely stay here again!

David The deposit is a 25% deposit taken from the balance to secure the dates so it is part of the payment it is not a damage deposit, we hold the card for that reason. You should have mentioned the bugs, there is a monthly spray but we would have arranged an additional spray if you would have informed us of this issue.

Mostly happy with our stay.

The home was nice. Very spacious. I don’t think I will stay here again though. I wish the air conditioning wasn’t on a timer. It was around 80 degrees in the house during the days we stayed home and relaxed. It would get cooler as the evening came. The house could use some maintenance. The cabinet doors were loose and the shower head in the master bath could be upgraded. We didn’t feel these things disrupted our vacation so we didn’t contact the owner about it. I texted the owner about the pool heater because we paid extra to heat the pool. They were out the next day to solve the issue.

As it says in our information folder at the villa all guests are able to adjust the air temperature, we do ask not to put it below 72 degrees in case it freezes up.

Well maintained and clean. 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths and a pool

It is a large, clean well kept villa with everything needed with a small pool as well. All appliances, dishes, dishwasher, washer / dryer, etc were provided. There is a white binder that is in the LR that should be read for garbage schedules and other key info. Cable TV, wifi, CD player were good. First thing you need to do is take stock of needed supplies such as TP, tissues, paper towels, dish & bath soaps, dishwasher soap, napkins, garbage bags, etc. and get them ASAP. We used the rear patio dinning lots because weather was nice, so get paper plates, cups, etc as needed if you do the same - no glass in pool area. Our only issues were (1) the hanging blinds kept falling off windows / rear door. Front BR was missing 1 or 2. They were easy to re-attach though a pain to keep doing. (2) Getting all the bed linen washed/dried before 10am checkout. It would have been better if they had a 2nd set and their cleaning service washed 1st set after guests left. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others .

Thank you for your comments and glad you enjoyed your stay. The blinds have now been repaired and we ask guests to start the laundry if they can but it is optional. We do have a spare set of laundry for each bedroom.

Everything was wonderful. No complaints. We will definetely look forward to staying there again.

There were some light fixtures that weren't working in the front bedroom and the guest bedroom with attached bathroom. The cieling fans chains were gone and lights did not work. The smoke detector in the master bedroom had a bad battery so I took it down. I'm a fireman so I know how those things are. You never know when their gonna go out. The grill on the back porch was in poor condition but living in Florida with the salty 365 day a year weather I know can deteriorate. The light in the master bathroom with the vent fan did not work. Those things are very minor to me and will not deter me and my family from staying in this villa or any other again. It was comfortable, very clean, and plenty of space for the 5 of us to stay and spread out. We're we're not there most of the time but the next time we come to Florida we will definetely request to stay there if it's open. The price was very very well worth it.

Family Vacation

Upon arrival we had some mishaps but the property owner was quick to respond and we remained in communication throughout the trip. The house could use some minor updates but overall the house is nice and spacious. The rooms are spaced out enough for everyone to have their own privacy, spacious kitchen, directly across from clubhouse and quiet neighborhood for the most part. You can hear traffic driving on Main Street but that’s about it noise wise.

Great place for a larger family!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house suited us fine! There were a couple things that should be addressed for future renters, ie., the blinds are broken in many rooms, the mattresses could be updated, they were worn out, the headboards in the kids room weren't attached to the beds and the sliding door was very hard to open. Also maybe consider adding something for your older guests to get in and out easier in the hot tub. We liked how close it was to everything and the convenience of the club house and pool right across the street. So nice to have the choice of both pools available.

I had to wipe down the bathroom vanities as they were not cleanz.

This was our1st experience at renting this way. We felt like everything was really great for what we needed. The bed mattresses are absolutely in the need of replacement as well as maybe some new linens for some added appeal to make the place a bit more inviting
