About this space

The place is located in a quiet gated community with a semi-private pool for the few units that share its space. The complex itself is centrally located close to beautiful white sand beaches, water sports, fine dining, nightly entertainment, road craft rentals and shopping.

The space

This air-conditioned unit includes an extra-large king-size bed with a fold-down couch into a queen configuration for extra sleeping arrangements. Lots of kitchen appliances (stove top/oven toaster/blender/microwave/coffee machine/etc) to make your cooking adventures go smoothly. There is laundry and dishwasher in the unit to aid you for longer stays. The patio overlooks the pool in a very peaceful setting with morning sunrise views.

Guest access

Guests have full use of the unit and its amenities. Pet(s) are not allowed according to the HOA in the complex. There is a small space at the top of the bedroom closet that is reserved for owner/management supplies (i.e., paint, etc). Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book, and any Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
