Diese inhabergeführte Immobilie ist der Urlaubsort für Sie !!! Endlose Wasseransichten erfreuen in jede Richtung. Unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge können von beiden sehr großen Plattformen gesehen werden. Dieses helle und komfortabel eingerichtete Cottage in Bayfront wurde vor einigen Jahren komplett renoviert. Die Eigentümer halten dieses Anwesen auf dem neuesten Stand und nehmen jedes Jahr Verbesserungen vor.

Das Cottage mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern ist komplett ausgestattet, damit Sie einen erholsamen Urlaub oder einen tollen Wochenendurlaub in der Nebensaison verbringen können. Das Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Waschmaschine und Trockner, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und beide Schlafzimmer sowie kostenloses WIFI. Ein Schlafzimmer (Loft / Vollbad) hat zwei Queen-Size-Betten und das zweite Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat auch ein Queen-Size-Bett. Beide Schlafzimmer bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf das Wasser und liegen direkt am Wasser. Sie haben auch einen Weber-Gasgrill zum Kochen im Freien, zwei Fahrräder sowie zwei Kajaks.

Bringen Sie Ihr Boot mit, und legen Sie es am Dock auf dem Grundstück an. Einfacher Zugang zur Assawomen Bay und nur wenige Minuten von allen Ocean City 'Hotspots' entfernt

Diese Immobilie ist aufgrund der entspannten Umgebung, in der wir uns befinden, sehr schnell buchbar, aber nur wenige Minuten von den Stränden von Delaware und Maryland entfernt.

Das Ferienhaus eignet sich hervorragend für Ihren Familienurlaub oder einen Ausflug für Paare. Wir sind von der Route 54 nur 2 Meilen von den Stränden entfernt.

Alle angegebenen Preise enthalten alle Steuern und Gebühren.
Haustiere Gebühren betragen $ 85. 00 für ein Wochenende und 175 $. 00 für einen wöchentlichen Aufenthalt. Das System kann die Differenz zwischen Wochenenden und vollen Wochen nicht berechnen. Ich werde die Gebühr für Haustiere anpassen, sobald ich die Gebühren auf Ihrer Buchungsanfrage sehe.

Quiet and Scenic Retreat Near The Shore

The place was clean and neat. It looked as good or better than posted pictures. The upper deck was our favorite place to chill. Best Stay!

This is my third stay at this beautiful cottage on the bay and I continue to be blown away by the beauty of the property. It is always spotlessly clean and I feel the owners go above and beyond by providing sheets, towels and bathroom and kitchen soaps for the stay. This is my absolute favorite place to stay when I’m craving a beach vacation!

Bayberry cottage was great! Gorgeous views! Comfortable beds, updated bathrooms. And Paul was great for pre planning logistics. There was quite a bit of street maintenance for a water line upgrade during our stay so a little inconvenience getting to/from the property a few times. But no fault of anyone…just the way it goes. Would definitely revisit this VRBO and we very much enjoyed Fenwick Island and all of the local fare. Thanks for a nice relaxing few days.

Just Perfect!

Amazing Stay!! Highly Recommend

The property and location were absolutely fantastic!! By far our favorite property we have ever rented in the Ocean City/Fenwick area. The cottage was stocked with every supply we needed; the beds were very comfortable; the location was extremely quiet and there were lots of ways to enjoy the waterfront location. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus. We enjoyed grilling out and watching the beautiful sunset each night. My daughter loved kayaking, fishing, crabbing and playing the games at the property. Paul was very responsive and excellent to work with. A all around.

Bayberry Cottage is the best

Really nice rental, well stocked, in a great location in Fenwick / Selbyville. Close to OCMD (Northern end) and many restaurants without having to go into OCMD. VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS....Morning sun rises from the kitchen; beautiful sunsets from either the 1st or 2nd floor decks!! Hoping to get back soon!

We had a great Spring Break in Fenwick Cottage.

My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the bay, kayaking, and the quick drive to the beach for glorious sunrises. Easy drives to Assateague and Chincoteague were also a big plus! Everything was clean and met all of our needs in the cottage. We hope to return some day.

House with beautiful views of the bay. Super comfortable and relaxing. Great covered deck to enjoy coffee in the morning. Sometimes too relaxing. We got a late start to the day. 4 adults stayed and we had 15 others in the area. We had plenty of parking when we all got together. Enjoyed a nice cookout.

Great getaway

Just spent an extended weekend here with my wife and our pups. Couldn't of had a better time. Paul was more than happy to accommodate our stay, and even stopped in to check on us. The house is quaint and compact, but didn't feel like it with the high ceilings and loft. The view of the bay is unmatched. We'll absolutely be back! :)

Cozy with great water views and access.

Property as advertised. We were a family of five not including our Mastiff. It fit us perfectly. We enjoyed the home completely including the plus’s they offer(kayaks and crab traps). We spent a lot of time on the decks enjoying the sights and sounds. The 2-3 mile trip to the beaches worked out just fine for us. Paul was very nice to talk to and we would enjoy staying again.

Beautiful Cottage on Bay

This is such a beautiful charming little home. My husband, 2 daughters, and our dog spent a full week at this place and couldn’t be more pleased. We had coffee every morning on the upper deck and wine every night on the lower deck. The views are incredible. It is a quiet peaceful neighborhood within biking or driving distance to the beach. The house was very clean and the decor was so beachy. Towels and linens were provided which made it much more convenient for traveling. My husband and daughter used the 2 kayaks a few times that were provided as well. Thanks Paul for letting us use your adorable home. We would definitely come back and stay again. Fenwick Island is beautiful.

Perfect Getaway with Great Views

My family of 5 and our dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul's cottage. Not only did it have everything we need, it sits right on the water and has the most incredible views of the sunset from 2 porches. We really liked the setup - 1 bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom downstairs, plus a loft with 2 more queens and another full bathroom upstairs. There's a porch/balcony on each level and you can see the water from literally anywhere in the property. The space was full of light and just what my kids needed after being stuck at our house for so long. They had the most fun taking the kayaks out (life vests are provided) and playing on the playground on the owner's neighboring property. There was a stash of books and family games, washer & dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen. Another surprising plus for me was the wifi speed. I was working remotely and the connection was just as good as my home connection and very fast. Perfect for anyone who wants to escape and get some work done or for a getaway for 1-2 families. 5 stars across the board. Thanks Paul!

My Wife Jessica and our five kids and we live next door to the Cottage. We have owned vacation properties in the area for more then 25 years. All of our properties including the Fenwick Cottage are water front or have great water views. Growing up in the Washington DC and Baltimore area we visited Ocean City and Fenwick Island our whole life. When the opportunity come up for us to move to our vacation home in Fenwick we jumped at the chance . We love the area and meeting our vacation guests during the season and off season. Being very involved in the community we can help our guests with any issues or questions that they may have.

Fenwick and the surrounding area has so much to offer. Great wild life, night time activities for kids and adults, shopping, restaurants, water activities, golf, tennis, entertainment and much more. Or maybe you just would like to sip your coffee or cocktail from one of the decks and enjoy the boats and wild life passing by. The location of the Cottage offers it all or offers just relaxing down time. It is up to you because it is your vacation.

Water Front, kayaks, bikes, out door grill and all the linens are all included in your rental. The Cottage was built in 1958. Jessica and I bought it in 2006 and gutted the home and remodeled it at that time. Each year we due updates to the decor with new furniture, paint and we take suggests from our guests on what they would like to see on their next vacation. We renovated both bathrooms, new flooring on the first floor and updated the paint color in the whole house in Feb/Marc h 2025
