Bayside Blue allows up to 2, well-trained dogs with a $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee, Per Dog. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. Guests responsible for picking up after Dog(s). NO CATS.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
