Sunlight filters through spacious living areas as the day begins, and the pace immediately feels unhurried. Mornings can start with coffee in a quiet corner of the house, afternoons drift by between pool time and friendly games, and evenings invite you to gather indoors for movies, music, or relaxed conversation. Here, comfort and together time take center stage.
The space
This entire home in the Four Corners area offers room to spread out and come together. With 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the layout is well suited for large groups and multigenerational stays. Two large living areas provide flexible space for relaxing, watching TV, or enjoying time as a group. Climate control with air conditioning and heating keeps the home comfortable year-round.
Entertainment is woven throughout the home. There is a dedicated cinema room located in the loft, an upstairs media room, a game room with a pool table, and a karaoke room for evenings filled with music and laughter. A sound system and TVs support movie nights and casual downtime.

Whether you’re looking to play a round of golf, savor a fine dining experience, or simply unwind and enjoy the resort amenities, The Retreat at ChampionsGate offers endless opportunities for relaxation and family fun.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
