Beach service is also available for rent at the James Lee Beach access.
Starter Supplies: A starter supply of essentials like bath tissue and paper towels to get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for their stay.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply.
Parking: There is space for 3 vehicles. Golf carts count as a vehicle.
Security: For your safety, please be aware that there is a camera located on the exterior of the property.
