Condo Rules:
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed
-NO candles allowed in condo
-Unruly behavior will not be tolerated
-Failure to abide by Sapphire or house rules may result in fines and/or evictions.

Please note: Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public.

You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you would like access to their pool.

Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK, states:

`At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`
