WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Our delightfully appointed corner condo boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is on the 14th floor of the ultra-luxurious and iconic Sapphire Condominiums on South Padre Island. Natural light and fantastic beach views flood our open-concept living and kitchen areas. Don't forget your binoculars and camera - the sights from our private balconies are worth more than a thousand words. You'll be able to see the beach and Gulf of Mexico, the stunning tropical resort landscape and pool, the jetties, and the Gateway to Mars: Starbase and the SpaceX launch site. You won't want to miss the sunrise over the Gulf or the sunset over Laguna Madre Bay, either!
Our deliciously equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Stop by the charming local grocery, Blue Marlin, then whip up a home-cooked meal for the whole family. Dine at the breakfast bar, which seats 4, or on the balcony we've furnished just for you.
Our primary Bedroom is a paradise all on its own with its king-size bed and gorgeous ocean views. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious double sink vanity, a walk-in shower, a swirling whirlpool tub, and a huge walk-in closet. Our 2nd Bedroom features 2 queen-size beds and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Your companions will love being across the hall from our 2nd full bathroom. The guest bathroom has a spacious vanity, walk-in shower, and detached soaking tub - perfect for the kids in your group! Speaking of kids - we've kept them in mind for our 3rd Bedroom. With its 2 twin beds and lovely view of the Laguna Madre Bay and Queen Isabella Causeway, our 3rd room is the ideal spot to keep the kids entertained when they're not making waves in the pool or on the beach.
Our vacation home has two private balconies. You can watch the sunrise from our beachfront balcony while the resort comes to life every morning. Our bay-side balcony has an electric grill, which you'll love using while enjoying the sunset over the bay.
We've included some bonus amenities for you and your companions to enjoy. When you're ready to head home, you can leave the sand behind - our in-unit washer & dryer are here for your convenience. We added a sofa sleeper, high-speed internet, cable and internet TV, a DVD player, and automated window coverings (if you dare to part with the views). We want nothing more than for you and yours to feel at home. Nothing will stand in the way of you and your perfect vacation.

For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws),
and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share a condo."
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
