*Straight to the beach and Downtown Manhattan Beach/Pier - bring a bike, it`s a beautiful ride to the beach from the unit! Boardwalk overlooking the beach for biking and running - Manhattan Beach is also a prime surf spot!

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. 4-plex. Shared laundry. 1 compact garage. Do not block other guests or the sidewalk by parking on driveway. Watch for street sweeping signs.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $500 deposit if you are younger than 25 years old, or have no reviews/poor reviews.
