-Anti-Party Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment, we strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings. Cameras and a noise detector are in place at the entrance, and as residents next door, we`ll take necessary action, including involving the police, for any violations. No refunds will be issued in such cases and a $1500 party fee will be issued.

-Unauthorized Guests: Please respect our policy of no unauthorized overnight guests. A $50 charge per unauthorized guest applies if discovered. - Unauthorized early/late check out will be charged $100 per hour.

-No Drugs or Smoking: For the safety and comfort of all guests, we enforce a strict no drugs or smoking policy. Any violations will result in immediate removal from the property, with no refund, and a $500 fine for smoking indoors plus an additional cleaning fee If you stain any sheets, mats, duvet covers, towels etc you will be charged! This is not a hotel so please be careful not to stain anything or there will be a fee applied.

-Cigarette Butt Cleanup: Guests are responsible for properly disposing of cigarette butts. Failure to do so will result in a $500 cleanup fee.

- No tampering with the internal noise minut decibel device or the Ring doorbell, doing so will result in a $500 fee.

-Mail Delivery: We regret that we cannot accept mail at the property due to security concerns. Please make alternative arrangements for mail delivery

-Shoes off policy: To help maintain cleanliness, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. Shoe racks are provided for your convenience.

- No more than 8 guests: Any additional overnight guests must be approved in advance by the host.

-Heating and cooling guidelines: Feel free to use the heating and cooling systems for your comfort. However, we encourage energy conservation and request that you use these amenities responsibly.

-Damage and liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We recommend considering travel insurance and kindly request your cooperation in taking care of the property and its contents. Any items left inside the house will be trashed. We will not let you enter the home once you’ve checked out and we will not mail anything.

-Respect for neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and tranquility. Keep noise levels to a minimum, respect parking regulations, and adhere to any rules regarding shared spaces.
