The unit has a gas fireplace, a steam shower system in the master bath, a full-size washer and dryer, and parking. There is room in the garage to store your gear. The kitchen has lots of great appliances and gadgets. The deck overlooks the river and mountains and has a beautiful outdoor fountain. We have an outdoor seasonal pool and a year-round hot tub on the property.
We are surrounded by wetlands and a preserve (Note: No access March 1 - June 30). There is a nice walking trail that runs along the river. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to get away from it all, then this is for you.

Note to fishermen: We have direct access to the river directly behind the condo but is not available from March 1 through June 30 (the area is closed due to special habitat restrictions). Year-long fishing is allowed a quarter of a mile downstream with very easy access.
