Step into Firefly Holler by Beyond Expectations, a charming three-bedroom, three-bath cabin tucked into the serene Eagles Ridge Resort. Designed to sleep up to six guests, this dog-friendly retreat blends mountain charm with modern comfort across three thoughtfully arranged levels.



The main living area welcomes guests with warm wood accents, plush seating, and a cozy gas fireplace—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the Smokies. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space, modern appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals together. The dining area flows seamlessly from the kitchen, offering seating for all guests and a welcoming space to gather.



Upstairs, the private king suite includes an ensuite bath and peaceful views. On the lower level, guests will find a second king bedroom and a queen bedroom that share a full bathroom—ideal for families or couples traveling together.

The Neighborhood:

Firefly Holler Cabin is located in Eagles Ridge Resort. You will feel like you are tucked away from it all but in reality, you are just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. Perfect location as you will have easy access to Parkway for the Jeep Run or Rod Run or Dollywood!



Getting Around:

Firefly Holler is located in Pigeon Forge with only a 6 mins drive to get downtown

15 Mins to Dollywood

20 mins to Gatlinburg

25 mins to Smoky Mtn National Park entrance



Other Things to Note:

* We allow 2 dogs up to 50lbs. with a $75 deposit per pet

* Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

* We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.



Dog Behavior & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
