🔋 Home Battery Backup (Peace of Mind During Power Outages)
- Your rental includes a private home battery backup designed to bridge outages that last approximately 4–5 hours on average. It connects automatically — guests won’t need to do anything. Please use electricity wisely during these times to extend battery life.
✅ What it powers: All 110V connections, including lights, refrigerator, TVs, electrical outlets, and Wi-Fi.
❄️ Bedroom A/C: Works up to about 50% of battery capacity. We recommend limited use, primarily for sleep.

-Coral Beach Towers is an established, iconic beachfront landmark built in the early 1970s.
⚡ Utilities & Infrastructure
- Generator for common areas only (hallways, elevators, lobby, security) this does not extend to individual apartments.

💧 A water cistern system is in place to help maintain water supply to the building and all apartments. In the event of a drought or water shortage, the building administration will implement a drought management plan, and guests will be promptly notified of any related measures.

🔎 Transparency – What to Expect in an Older Caribbean Building
- As with many older Caribbean beachfront buildings, hallways, elevators, and exteriors may show signs of age despite ongoing maintenance.
- The building is concrete construction and very sturdy, but some finishes are not as “modern resort style” as newer builds.
- In Puerto Rico, occasional power or water interruptions can occur (hence the generator for common areas and cistern system).
- Oceanfront location means salty air can affect paint, railings, and fixtures, but the building management works to stay on top of upkeep.
- Being right on the beach and next to public access points means you may experience some noise from beachgoers and nearby activity part of the lively atmosphere of Isla Verde’s beachfront setting.
