Overall very satisfied with the Condo, clean, quiet and in a good area. Only disappointment was the pool in our area was closed and had to walk to the other Vista Cay to share their pool. Got a little crowded but not a huge downfall.

Perfect condo

The condo was very pretty and quiet. Comfy beds and good showers. Convenient location for volleyball tourney at the convention center. Close to many things.

Return Stay

We would come back and stay again. One of the few pet friendly properties close to the parks. The pool and grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Had a hiccup with the billing, but getting it resolved. Overall everything was great!!

PET POLICY: Vista Cay HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only. There is an additional $25 a day + tax fee / per dog, up to two dogs maximum permitted per unit. The maximum charge per pet, per stay, is $150 + tax each. $300 Max for 2 pets. Once approved, the fee will be added to your reservation on our end. The fee will be collected at the clubhouse during check-in. Please come back and visit us again soon!

Great Place

The location is perfect, the condo is beautiful, but it was not very clean. We had to mop floors and wipe surfaces upon check in. The ice bucket in the freezer was missing also so the freezer floor and racks were covered in ice cubes. Maintenance was called to replace it but they never showed up. Overall I would stay again, but maybe I’m off season when it’s not as expensive for that specific unit.

We were having trouble with one of our trained cleaners and have since let them go. We're not sure why someone would have taken the ice bucket, but this has also been replaced. We are sorry that you had to deal with these hiccups but we are very grateful for your understanding and thankful that you have given us the opportunity to fix these issues for all future guests. Volleyball tournament

The property doesn’t have enough staff to handle the volleyball tournament like they used to. No one answers phone when your key isn’t working or something is wrong. Pool is gross, just dirty all around pool area. Not big enough for such a huge property.

While we strive for perfection, it is when our guests reach out directly to us so we can address the immediate issues and then it's that which allows us to uphold our standard and continue to make each individual guest experience the best we can. This being an especially busy week there is no reason for the lack of attention to detail in our public areas. With such large groups checking in we have actively asked that social distance still is in effect to maximize our overall ability to maintain and continue to keep all amenities including both pools, and pool bar open and sanitized throughout the day for our guest safety.

The AC was broken when we arrived and were told it wouldn’t be fixed. We moved to another unit and that AC was better but the condo wouldn’t go below 76

Volleyball Nationals

This condo was clean and comfortable. However, it was very “bare bones” compared to others we have stayed at in Vista Cay. It was stated that there would be beach towels provided which there wasn’t. It had a small container of dish soap, that would have been great, but there was no drying rack or dish towels available. The unit also had a very small coffee pot (hotel room size), which was very inconvenient. Could have stayed at a hotel for that size coffee pot. Again, the unit was clean and comfortable, I just think the owners could add a few things to make it a more pleasant experience.

AAU Volleyball Tournament

We were in town for the AAU National Volleyball tournament and 2 players and 2 adults stayed for five nights. The unit looked as described, nicely decorated and updated. The kitchen provided most common appliances and utensils needed. There were no dish towels or pot holders. The coffee pot was small, maybe 2-3 cup pot. The picture shows a larger pot and it would have been nice to have one but we made due. The rooms were great, nice fans keeping us cool at night in the heat. The master bedroom had a full length mirror but the smaller rooms did not. Two bedrooms have a jack and jill bathroom with a tub and the master bedroom had a shower. Vista Cay resort was a great location from the Orange County Convention Center. We had a rental car and drove back and forth every day. Some of the people in our group walked and it was about a 15-minute walk.The resort amenities were good. The main pool by the office was always busy and the bar drinks were expensive. The Isles pool was beautiful! Recently renovated and spacious. Once we found that pool we hung out there the most. Overall, I would definitely book again at Vista Cay for AAU Volleyball tournament.

Universal trip

Condo was in a great place near everything miles from Universal and Disney. Very close to all restaurants and shops. TV's were difficult to work and to understand the cable system. The ceiling fan in the 3rd bedroom you had to rig the switch for the ceiling fan to work. But overall very clean and well kept place.

As a family company, we at Vista Cay Resort Direct truly care about our guest's satisfaction and we take feedback close to heart and act immediately. We have taken additional steps to ensure guests understand the cable system. We have also made sure to fix the switch to the ceiling fan. Upon check we always make sure to tell all of our guests that we have a 24 hours service desk located at the clubhouse check in desk and every guest is given a phone number to call in case there is anything one may need or have a question on. We also have a full staff of maintenance men that can help with anything like this. Unfortunately from time to time some of our previous guests don't treat our homes like it's there own and accidents happen. We are here night and day for our guests. Thank you again for the review. We have made sure to fix these items so that future guests may not experience these hiccups.

Perfect Home away from Home

We stayed here the last half of our weeklong vacation. The unit was perfect for our family of 5. I especially liked that there was a washer/dryer included. The location was right in the middle of everything. You didn't have to go too far to find great restaurants or activities. Our last night was also spent at the pool which was heated and perfect! We would definitely stay here again.
