This dream villa was completely renovated in January 2024 and combines modern living comfort with timeless elegance. Light-flooded rooms, high-quality furnishings, and lovingly selected details create an atmosphere of well-being.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living area with a comfortable couch and foosball table. The new, fully equipped kitchen with black granite countertops leaves nothing to be desired (incl. airfryer), and the large dining table seats up to six people. A high chair and crib are available for the little ones.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Another king-size room and a bedroom with two single beds share two additional bathrooms – ideal for families or couples.

The outdoor area is a highlight: the electrically heated pool with screen invites you to swim and relax, while eight sun loungers and a Weber gas grill offer the perfect conditions for relaxing days. A special experience is the view of the eagle's nest on the lake – directly from the property.

Thanks to its prime location, shopping, restaurants, and leisure activities are just a few minutes away. Bicycles, kayaks, a canoe, fishing rods, and beach equipment are available for your adventures.
