Thank you for your feedback, Steven. Since your stay in October, all 3 mattresses have been replaced in December. Due to the reservations already in place, it was difficult to coordinate dates with the delivery company & the cabin's open availability as the delivery company only delivers to our area on certain days. We felt it was important that we did not disappoint any guests & cancel any reservations in order to be able to schedule the deliveries. With that said, I have also learned that mattresses are like pizza, everyone likes theirs differently! We do our best to keep the mattresses not too hard & not too soft! Thank you for your feedback!

Hi Tasha, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay with us. The homeowner would like to pass along the following: "During the summer the dense foliage covers most of the views. During the fall, the views are much more evident. I am always working towards updating the property and making it an enjoyable experience for my guests. I originally had an appliance company fix the dryer. I was told by the next guest that it was still having the same issues, so I purchased a new dryer and had it installed. I will also be adding some new cookware to the property. Thank you for informing me of the areas that needed improvement. We were unaware of the pool stick but have since replaced the tip needed. With the roads, there are actually 3 different routes that can take you up the mountain to the cabin - one out of the three is steep, I do agree! I will be sure to add that to the listing. Hi Mark, thank you for taking the time to write a review. The homeowner wanted to share the following: "I'm sorry your stay was not up to your expectations. I do apologize for the firepit. We were just made aware of the firepit being broken and purchased a new one immediately on 11/20/21. I wish you would have reached out to my property manager right away. I would have had a new firepit delivered the next day! As for the hot tub, this is the first I have heard of all of the jets not working. Again, I would have sent a maintenance person out to take a look and repair. I've since had the hot tub inspected, and there is nothing wrong with the jets. We are very proactive owners, always making any repairs that need to be made, and we especially never want to disappoint our guests. As far as the pricing, we stay right in line with the pricing in the area. Our booking company uses algorithms based on the size of the cabin and the demand in the area to determine the pricing. Again, I apologize for any disappointment and hope you decide to visit our beautiful area again!"
