Much needed downtime

We were able to get in the condo early, and we were super happy about that. It looked just liked the pictures. It had been 14 years since being at Gulf Shores and it was beautiful and the condo was perfect. I intend on booking next year.

A Hot Trip!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and we had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, the beds absolutely are the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on! The television are smaller than my computer screen. One elevator was completely down the majority of our trip! It caused wait times over 45 minutes attempting to check out!

Wonderful location, condo is in good shape, beautiful view and very comfortable furniture and beds. They have chairs, floats and sand toys with the rental. Definitely a bonus!Master bed frame is a hazard and should be addressed, someone will break a toe or foot. They should have simple accessories like a hair dryer.Only 2 elevators, over 50% of the time, only one worked. I would stay here again in hopes they could work on the elevators and bed frame.. for the amount of people that rent, I don’t believe there should be issues that last longer than a few hours.. not days.

Great Girls Trip

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. Everything was just as pictured. Great location, and we had a super nice security guard named Joe who was so welcoming and friendly. It was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was fabulous, we saw sharks, stingrays and dolphins. The furniture is a little dated but the sofa and loveseat were still pretty comfy. The only thing I would change would be the mattresses, they weren't terrible but fairly uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Great trip, great view, great location.Was told there was designated parking spot but that was not accurate...we have parking passes and there was plenty of general spots so it wasn't an issue. The beds are very firm so if that isn't your preference, you won't like them. Being on the beach and the balcony was amazing. Made any issue with the beds no big deal. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Our room was not ready by check in time listed. We had to wait over an hour after listed check in times. Staff at check in were rude and did not explain anything once our room was ready.

We do remember this guest in our lobby cursing our staff and every guest that walked in was made aware of her anger. She was so out of control we almost called the police dept...over a check-in that occurred at 4 pm instead of 3 pm. We did nicely explain when she arrived that our housekeeping dept was working as quickly as they could. They had over 60+ properties to prepare that day and, unfortunately, this guest's condo was one of the five that had to check in later than 3 pm. There was nothing to explain once her property was ready. She was so belligerent, we just wanted her off the premises. -Gulf Shores Rentals

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always like to stay at this rental. We did encounter a few problems. We let out the couch and it was full of crumbs so I swept it over to the entertainment center and as my broom went under I found about 4o puzzle pieces. The sofa sleeper wasn't comfortable either.

Spring break 2023

Nice condo. Could use some updates, but that wasn’t a concern for us. It was clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of the gulf. We liked the location. Close to stores and restaurants, but not right in the middle of all of it. We only went to the pool area one time, but it was nice with the indoor/outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. Wish it included beach chairs and umbrellas. It was $200 for a 6 day rental, but nice to have them set up and taken down each day, so we didn’t have to worry about that every time we went up and down to the room. A suggestion for improved service would be to include a couple more of the dishwasher pods. We would definitely stay here again!

Not without issues

Great location, beautiful view, older but nice condo. However not without issues. Keypad for door quit working, not a big deal. Shower in 2nd bathroom would not drain. Communication was not great, and no follow up that it was completed. Giant tear in MBR sheets. Not sure how this was missed. Upon arrival there were long black hairs on the dark mat outside master bath shower, so that obviously wasn't cleaned and/or fresh. Lastly, for 600 a night, the fact that they cheap out and only give you 1 roll of TP for each bathroom and expect you to go buy more instead of just leaving a couple extras that would cost them less than a couple bucks is quite ridiculous.
