Overall, this was a great beachfront property for our family, especially with our toddler. Having direct access to the beach, along with the provided beach toys and supplies, was a huge plus for us.Our only complaint is that while the property was generally clean (e.g., toilets and sheets were clearly cleaned by housekeeping), it could use a deeper cleaning overall. There was visible dust on the walls and vents in several rooms, likely from the furnace system.If you’re considering this property, note that very few household supplies are included. Be prepared to purchase basic items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap.Joan was very responsive to any questions we had, and despite the minor issues, we would happily stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect view of beach from covered deck with swing. Very clean with everything you could need. Parking is a little tight and didn't realize the pool was across the street until we got there. But the beach access was perfect. Bed comfortable with good linens and nice towels.

Great location with easy beach access and a great coffee shop across the street. Washer/dryer very helpful for a long stay. The tower condo unit next door can be very loud every morning (4:30 am!) because of the garbage truck.

Great place

Condo was nice. Loved the covered deck, sitting and watching ocean. Dish washer was broken but owner was quick to reply. Only issue was having to take trash across 4 lane road with no crosswalk to the backside of the complex across the street. I think they should have a place on the beachside nearer condo for trash.

Great Stay!

Property was exactly as shown and described. Very cute, clean, and kitchen was stocked with everything needed for food prep and dinners. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our party of four to relax and hang out. Right on the beach, so fantastic to have such a short walk to the beach chairs! Also great deck to hang out and have lunch or dinner while watching the waves. Short walk to souvenir shop, coffee shop, and to get supplies. We really liked the designated parking, privacy, and less crowded beach as opposed to the high rise condos. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had and very nice to rent from. Would definitely stay again when in Golf Shores area.

Very clean and perfect location!!

Absolutely loved staying here for our families Fall Break. It was a perfect beach view from our porch and steps away to paradise. Definitely one of our most favorite places we have stayed at in Gulf Shores!!The location was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and ice cream shops. The condo was very clean and had all the accommodations. I enjoyed drinking hot coffee every morning on the porch and watching the ocean.

Best stay in GS yet!! Location 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had the best stay at this property. The location is amazing. We had our three kids ages 5 and under with us so it was important for us to be directly on the beach and not in a high rise condo. This property was absolutely perfect for a family. You can walk down your steps and right onto the sand. It was also very clean and updated appliances. We would love to stay here again if we come back to gulf shores again. Not to mention this condo has everything you need to go on the beach and play. Would rate it 100 🌟 if I could. I did have to contact the host one time (just for the door lock) and she answered immediately. Thank you Joan for an amazing vacation!

My favorite place to stay in Gulf Shores

I stayed in this unit with my parents a few times over a decade ago and it was still as great as I remembered :) The place is cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My favorite part is the shaded deck and ocean views.

Great location and convenient walk out to the beach!

The property was exactly as advertised. We just loved being able to walk one flight of stairs from our balcony and be on the beach. Right in the best location near all the Gulf Shores hot spots. Highly recommend!

Gulf Shores Vacay 2.0!

The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed! The boogie boards and chairs were a definite plus! We loved opening the french doors at night and feeling the gulf breeze come through the living area while we relaxed after a long day on the beach. There are several restaurants within walking distance, which is another huge plus! We had one minor issue with check in but that was quickly resolved and we were able to begin our beach vacation! Beautiful Vacation Spot

Such a beautiful, comfortable place to take a vacation! The kitchen had everything we needed. Appliances are new and nice. There are an abundance of hooks throughout the condo— so helpful with all the swimming and showering. Can’t beat the view and the porch swing!

The floors were not very clean, I noticed my feet were black from walking in the apartment so I put socks on and my socks were black. We both had to wear shoes inside the apartment everyday. The TV we couldn’t find local channels or any channels we normally watch and there was no instructions about how to work the TV. My car got so scummy from the windy conditions and from parking under the building because it’s from being so close to the beach. The windows on my car had some substance on them everyday couldn’t get it off my windows. Other than these cons, it was a very nice apartment very nicely decorated. Very close to the beach. Loved the water pressure in the showers. I would suggest to keep the front loader washer open because it smelled like mold when you open it. I would refer anyone to stay here. We didn’t have good weather only three days of sun, it was mostly cloudy and windy but that is not anyone’s fault. We did leave a day early because of family emergency.

This property was more than we expected. There have been remodel updates that have really taken #128 to the next level. Almost don't want to share the amazing review because I want to keep coming with our family each spring break. Joan was highly responsive, the views were stunning, easy access to the beach, and the condo had everything we needed. Can't wait for our return!

This condo was purchased by my dad and mom back in 1998. They had many enjoyable times together here. Dad passed away back in 2004 but Mom continues to have good health and comes a few times a year with some of the family to relax and enjoy this beautiful place.

The views are amazing and the unit is just steps away from the beach. Just one flight up into a welcoming homey atmosphere. Close proximity to many stores and restaurants. We love not dealing with high rise elevators and parking decks and long hallways. Having the fully stocked kitchen and dishwasher make for easy meals without the expense or wait. The cozy atmosphere truly makes it one of our favorite places to be.
