Our 5-bedroom, 3-bath Florida retreat is designed for family vacations, reunions, and large group getaways, blending resort-style outdoor amenities with coastal interiors.

The backyard is what guests talk about most. Kids spend hours on the shaded playground, building sandcastles in the volleyball court, and racing through the 9-hole mini-golf course. Adults stay active on the basketball and pickleball court, or relax by the heated pool and hot tub, which guests use even on cool 60-degree days.

The outdoor space is built for gathering: a fire pit with Adirondack seating, poolside loungers with umbrellas, covered outdoor sofas, and outdoor dining with a built-in BBQ. GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire home and all outdoor amenities, including the heated pool, hot tub, all sports courts, the mini-golf course, the playground, the fire pit, and every outdoor entertainment area. Beach gear including the wagon, tent, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers is available on request at no extra charge. The only restricted space is the locked cleaners' closet.

•Be a good neighbor: this is a residential area, so keep noise to a respectful level day and night
•Primary guest must complete verification (ID check and signed rental agreement) within 48 hours of booking
