This beautiful main house has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, and the detached Mother-in-law suite has a king bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living room with 55in Tv. Features include an in-ground pool and hot tub, a game room, three living rooms, a half basketball court, yard games, and seven 55" smart TVs. The backyard is private and roughly the size of an NFL football field, accommodating all kinds of family fun in the sun.

Swimming pools contain very large amounts of water, and the energy that must be expended to heat swimming pools is substantial. Pool heat is available at a cost of $30 per day. If you decide to purchase pool heat, the swimming pool thermostat will be set to 85 degrees, Spa thermostat will be set to 102. The actual temperature of the pool water will be dependent on weather conditions, which will significantly impact the effectiveness of the pool heater.
