This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence combines comfort and convenience with spacious interiors, an elevator, and garage access. The open living area features a bright lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Step out to the private covered balcony for morning coffee or relaxed evenings in the ocean breeze. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, and the primary suite offers a spa-like bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, along with its own private balcony for quiet moments outdoors.

Please note that the elevator is currently out of service. The home has multiple levels and may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty using stairs. Please consider this before booking the property.



For stays longer than two weeks, a mid-stay cleaning is required every two weeks for an additional $200 fee. This cleaning fee is to our partner host directly.



Guests are prohibited to use the property's mailbox.



The Neighborhood:

Part of Hollywood Beach, North Beach stretches along between the Stranahan River and the Atlantic Ocean. The area’s namesake park offers access to both, plus picnic spots, fishing piers, and a cafe. It also contains the 1941 Carpenter House, serving as a marine education center with exhibits on endangered sea turtles and other sea life. Basic motels and fishing charter companies dot the area’s northern border.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $150 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
