Thank you for bringing this to our attention in regard to the stairway. In order to maintain safety, the finishes of the home were designed with a matte finish tile on the top part where you step in order to not be slippery and all stairways also have a sturdy stair railing to hold on to. The stairs that were built with this home were built according to the code at the time of when the home was built and unfortunately the home layout does not allow for any different configuration or ratio change of the stairways. Again, we appreciate your note, and we always recommend using caution when using the stairways.

We thank you for your recent stay at our beautiful Hollywood Oceanfront rental. We truly take pride in offering one of the best oceanfront properties that has been fully remodeled with the latest finishes. We strive to give the best guest experience possible at all times. In response to this review is as follows. This property is located in South Florida where there is always different bugs depending on the season and therefore this particular property has a yearly pest control company that takes care of any and all pests. If there are ever any dead bugs found in-between cleanings, that would be the result from periodic treatments to ensure no live bugs ever exist inside the property. All of the beds advertised are accurate in size and style. This house was designed with a 3rd floor middle bedroom (4th bedroom) for kids to have their own couch that can be converted to a bed with a memory foam mattress for the purpose to be a 2nd living room while adults have the main living room on the 2nd floor. This is a spare bonus room in addition to the 3 other bedrooms which are the main adult bedrooms that have permanent queen beds and amazing views. This home also has 2 master bedrooms with their own private bathroom. Check-out time is 10am as advertised. During busy season of when this particular guest stayed, we cannot accommodate requests of later or earlier times as the property must be ready in time for the next guest to arrive. This guest requested a later checkout which was not granted due to the turnaround time required during busy season. If the guest felt rushed it was not communicated properly from the guest to the host. As always, when traveling outside of your area, we always recommend for guests to check the weather and local beaches prior to placing bookings online as rental home hosts do not control these factors and Florida weather constantly changes.

Hello and thank you for your stay. Due to liability issues with open coffee grains or expiration of food or issues with supplying any food, we do not supply any food. Our amenities are listed on our listing which do not include any food. This unit has two washers and two dryers for your towels if you need to wash or dry them but we do not over supply the home with towels as it becomes encumbersome and impossible to clean an excess amount of towels in time for the next check-in between the checkout and check-in hours.
