No smoking: $1500 deodorizing/ozonizing fee for smoking inside will be charged. Quiet hours at all times are strictly enforced, parties are NOT permitted! Same day reservations are not considered If property is left exceptionally dirty/stained, furniture rearranged, trash not taken out, foreign objects flashed in the toilet, an extra fees are assessed. We are private homeowners sharing our home with others and as so we do not offer hotel style services/ supplies. Sorry we don't have child safety items such as: stair guards, cribs, pack-n-play, high stool, strollers. No games, or video games provided. No pool on premises. We have outdoor surveillance on site.
