There is a two-car carport, large driveway and ample parking space for multiple vehicles and boat trailers.

The cabin sits off a small creek that feeds into Lake Bob Sandlin. Start your morning drinking coffee on the back porch swing overlooking the lake or walk down to the lake for early morning fishing! The front of the property offers multiple locations where guests can put kayaks or paddleboards into the water and is perfect for fishing. There is also plenty of wildlife to enjoy including several deer, which routinely visit the backyard, birds, ducks and even bald eagles.

The cabin is located less than ten minutes away from multiple Lake Bob Sandlin public boat docks, the Lake Bob Sandlin State Park and less than 15 minutes to Lake Cypress Springs public boat docks.
