Nearest Towns: The two nearest towns are Pittsburg (population around 4,400) to the east and Winnsboro (population around 3,500) to the southwest. Each is about a 20 minute drive away. If you’re looking for “big city” things like a Walmart, a movie theatre or chain restaurants, Mount Pleasant (population around 16,000) is about a 30 minute drive away.

Farmers Market: From April through October, there is a farmers’ market in Winnsboro each Saturday from 8 am to noon. The farmers market features locally grown produce, artisan breads, jellies, and many other items. More information can be found at

• people in cowboy hats, and I think some kids were there too; there`s a separate bar area in the back (separate from live music/dining venue) that`s exclusively 21+

For groceries, we suggest the Brookshires supermarket in Winnsboro.
If only basic food items are needed, a closer option is the Family Dollar store on Texas Hwy. 11, Pittsburg, TX
Release and Waiver. All guests are required to sign release documents at or prior to checking in.

All children guests must be 8 years of age or older please.

No Parties or Events unless otherwise previously disclosed and agreed upon by the host.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Please put all cigarette butts in appropriate trash containers.

Please do not move or rearrange furniture. However, the karaoke machine may be moved so long as it is returned to its original place.

Please do not use the indoor fireplace.

If you use the grill on the back porch, please move it off the porch into the back yard before using it.

No pets are allowed, fine of $500 may be incurred if this rule is broken.
