Beautiful Home with an Amazing Peaceful View. Very relaxing and just what we needed. Great location if you like to hike and enjoy what nature has to offer. Town was not too far for Food and Shopping.

The home and view were exactly as stated and as rated by all the other reviewers. Also a plus for us was that we could immediately tell by the decor and messaging within the home that the owners are good, God believing people. We very much enjoyed our weekend and could not have chosen a better location or rental. Thanks to the owners for sharing their wonderful home.

It is definitely private. The house is well maintained clean and functional. We didnt get to use any of the outdoor stuff because it rained our entire stay but everything looked great.

We had such an amazing getaway. The View was incredible. We sat out there a lot watching the changing view as the clouds rolled in and out and rain and thunderstorms came in. 44 years married and this was just what we needed. Just two and a half hours from Bethlehem Georgia where we live. We stayed in the rental the whole time. Shopped in Franklin at Walmart and cooked. The Host was excellent and responsive immediately. The drive up definitely was steep but we were fine. Internet was great and our phone service worked as much as we needed it to. We will definitely be saving this beautiful location for future stays

Peaceful Place

We enjoyed our stay at Peek A Boo Bear Cottage very much. The house was comfortable and cozy and provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time in the area. The mountain view was spectacular and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.

Totally enjoyed every minute of my stay at this beautiful property. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, nicely furnished and decorated. Large front deck with a grill and outdoor dining, most of all the 180 degree long range view from the back porch. Absolutely beautiful.........Liked it so much, going back in October....

Beautiful property!

The pictures don’t do their justice on just how breathtaking the views from the property are! A very beautiful house that’s very secluded and private, with an amazing view of the mountains! Very happy with the stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway with a great view.

Mountain stay

Although the drive to the house was a bit of a challenge, the place was definitely worth it!! It was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. But it was the view from the porch that was the star..just breathtaking! I would definitely stay there again! It would have been helpful to have a couple signs along the gravel road pointing in the right direction as there were several other driveways.

Fantastic Getaway Property

What a beautiful place to getaway! The views are stunning. We spent every morning and evening on the porch watching mountain vistas change before our eyes. This property is great place for a couple to spend quality time. The home is clean, very comfortable and inviting. We are looking forward to our next Mountain Top Vacation at this fantastic property!

What a View

A long winding drive up the mountain, but worth the drive once you get to the top! We spent 10 nights here and loved each one! Hated to leave, but we enjoyed our time and the memories made here. Beautiful place and views are fantastic. As others have said, pictures don't truly show the beauty of this place. Loved every minute here!

This is our second time staying at this amazing mountain home. We Love It! The views are amazing. We spent every morning and evening on the porch admiring the beauty. This home is clean and well appointed. A perfect getaway destination. We are already looking forward to next year!!

Beautiful home.

Beautifully kept home clean and well equipped. View is lovely, outside amenities are great we enjoyed the fire pit and the grill was a five burner cast iron with a gas burner on the side. We’re able to cook everything. Would likely rent again.

Our 2nd visit

My wife and enjoyed our stay last year so much we came back! This is a beautiful place to relax. Every thing is first class. My favorite things about this cabin are the view from the front porch and the driveway up the mountain.

Awesome Experience

The view is even better than the photos. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the changing light and leaves. The night sky was incredible. We've rarely seen that many stars. The house was spacious and clean. Again, awesome experience.

Wow, this place was just what we hoped for in a mountain vacation. Gorgeous views, end-of-road privacy, silence, except for woodpeckers, bugs, the creek in the valley and other nature sounds. And the house was so tastefully decorated, clean, and nicely furnished. We never even left the house during our stay. Just sat on the porch and watched thunderstorms roll over the mountains, fog drift through the valleys, and sunlight dance on the ridges. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Next time we will have to come for longer. Such a special place.

Mountain Retreat

Quiet, private, isolated but close enough to town. Loved the view and nature while on the front porch. Very comfortable accommodation, beds and living room. We brought our firestick for the tv and the satellite internet proved able with no issues even on a rainy day. The owner is very accessible and responsive. The gravel road up can be a little daunting but our front wheel drive sedan had no trouble even when the drive was wet. It is also good for a relaxing walk. Thank you Bruce for a super stay!
