Island Winds West is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. You will receive a parking registration email. You are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is limited to 1 parking pass per condo (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day & Shrimp Fest in early October. Contact us for additional off-site parking options.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
