We are a small group of Private Owners that appreciate our opportunity to provide a simple well appointed, completely renovated 5 star short term rental experience. The grounds are well maintained and pet friendly, with full kitchens and baths in each of the four suites that have a private location that is close to all of the best that Saint George Island has to offer.
Unit 1, is a two (2) bedroom One Bath unit with all amenities in this suite.
Beautiful features with a fully outfitted kitchen provides for a unique experience that has been most thoughtfully created. We have the unique feature of offering healthy choices such as our traditional Moroccan Lime Plaster Tadelakt floor finish. This a luxurious breathable natural finish that, that is a seamless finish that is a 100% natural, eco-friendly product with no glues, or acrylics.
We are Graduates of the Lifestyle University, which trains Property Owners to be the Best in the Industry for hosting 5 Star experiences for the Top 95% of successful property Management offerings.
Although we are new to VRBO, in Airbnb we have 146 Reviews with an Average of 4.92 stars out of a possible 5 Stars, and have been a Super Host for two (2) consecutive years with Airbnb exclusively from our Saint George Properties; Quads-For-Fun as four (4) units listed below, One-Too-Suite a one (1) Bedroom Townhouse 100 yards from the Beach, and La Mer a two (2) bedroom beachfront Condo, with balcony Overlook views of the Gulf – each of the these properties receive consistent 5 Star Reviews.

This is a great property, centrally located and very close to the beach. Complete with Private drives and Private pool, with Gas Grill and Charcoals grills on the premises. Enjoy our picnic tables with plenty of room under a covered attached car port area.

This is a Quadraplex comprised of four (4) Separate Suites. Two units are two (2) bedrooms with Master and guest room with two (2) twin beds. Two are one (1) bedrooms units with Master bedroom having a king size bed. All units have a single bathroom, with Tadelakt Lime Plaster showers and fully appointed kitchens, they can be rented together as one 6 bedroom unit under one roof - for family gatherings or for rent each individually.
