Nice condo with some updates in an older building. 24/7 security so very safe. Walkable neighborhood to groceries, restaurants. Located right on the beach. Very large pool. Enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing condo right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay on the beach. Not far from a point with some rocks to the left, and can take long walks in the opposite direction in or out of the water. The pool was huge with lots of chairs for laying out or for eating at tables.

Great place in great location!

We couldn’t have picked a better place and location. The place is very nice and had everything we needed. The pool and beach were so convenient. And Condado has so many restaurants and other things close by too. Old San Juan was a short Uber ride. The hosts did a great job in their visitor book giving local recommendations and we tried a handful of them!

This was an excellent location for everything we needed. Walking distance to dining, shopping and a short way from Viejo San Juan. A huge bonus was being right on the beach.The check in was super easy and we appreciated the accommodations made for us. The host is great and communicated immediately. All the needs were accounted for to make us feel like we were home, stove, microwave, refrigerator and all utensils. Beds are super comfortable and the condo is nicely decorated. The chairs and umbrella provided made the beach visit so much better. We would love to stay again. Highly recommended.

Exactly as advertised. Right on the beach in a neighborhood with plenty of food and restaurants. The place was small but clean and well kept. We had a great time and it was exactly what we wanted. Thank you.

Our stay of 3 nights was exceptional. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Having two seperate bedrooms with adjoing baths for 3 adults was very comfortable. All furnishings including AC/aplliances/fixures were in good working order. Fully furnished from linens, to kitchen supplies utensils/dishes/pots/pans, to beach towels/chairs/umbrella/, to laundry and cleaning supplies. Onsite 24 hour gated parking for 1 vehcle was included in our reservation. The host Moret was very communicative and obliging. Even though the exterior of the complex was undergoing renovations, which by no means interfered with the use of the ammenities onsite, I would stay here again.

Good location right on the beach! Walkable to many restaurants and shops. Need to have more than one set of keys for safety if someone wants to be at the pool and in the room. Back door didn’t lock.

Overall my stay was ok. No hot water put a damper in my stay. Seen a few cockroaches in the bathroom. All the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. The beach was not as scenic as the reviews.

Nice Location

The location was great! Amenities were so so, renovations were being completed and had lack of access to some areas. Pool was nice but lack of access at times due to swimming lessons. Beach access was minimal, pad lock at 7pm and on a few day it was on their all day. Condo was small but nice. Electricity was out a couple times during our stay but host gave other options. This does not have an ocean view but a street view which is very busy.

Great location!

The apartment was great and was stocked with beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.) and a decent set of kitchenware; the beds were very comfortable. The living spaces are also quite comfortable, and south-facing balcony was a great place to have a coffee or cocktail. The location was very good, with a full-sized grocery just a few minutes walk away and lots of restaurants and things right there or within a 15-or-so minute walk. Uber to Old San Juan was very reasonable and quick. We booked “excursions” (with transportation) to other parts of the island from the Marriott just down the street; we didn’t have a car. We enjoyed our stay, and this apartment, very much.

Nice unit but storm interfered with our stay

The unit has very well described and photos were accurate too. Lots of extras- toiletries, and beach chairs. Unfortunately, a power outage prevented us from completing our stay. A transformer was out near the building and only had partial or no power. The owner was very understanding and gave us a full refund even we had to check out the next morning. Ac worked great when it had power. Bed was comfortable. A little slow to provide check in instructions but very responsive to power issues.

Great location

Well location was great but it wasn’t the cleanest or well kept. Maintenance should be done in the bathroom of the queen bedroom and the building itself. The coffee cups were all stained from coffee because they had not been properly washed. We left them clean for the next guest. Beds very comfortable. Does not have a generator so the power went out in the middle of the night and we were awakened because it was so hot. Elevators were not working after losing power again and being on 10th floor is a long walk down. 2 bathrooms for 2 couples is a plus. Host was very responsive. Unit does not face the beach. Pool was nice. No hot tub. Very noisy if you’re a light sleeper. Overall ok stay if you don’t have high expectation's.

Very clean and great beachside location

Impressed by cleanliness of the apartment. The building itself is super-dated, kind of run down. But felt safe. I was disappointed in that I was told to call for check in at the time I arrived to facility. This left my family and I standing outside the property in the sun when my phone wasn't working for some reason. Simply no reason not to give the check in information well before my arrival.

The apartment wasn't the best or the worst

The apartment has newish bathrooms and kitchen, which were nice, but the building is 25-30 years old and feels it. Not rundown but worn down. The apt was pretty clean but not great. Pool was big and nice but worn too. On Ashford Ave in Condado but sort of at the end of the best part (maybe 0.5-1.0 km to the better part). Certainly safe. Right near (3 blocks) an amazing 24 hour supermarket. Big plus. Owners were sort of responsive but we needed to ask repeatedly for the check in procedure (which was very easy but wasn't communicated until we were standing at the front door). With that said, when we found one bathroom unusable when we checked in, they had a plumber there within an hour on a Friday night.

Condado apartment

The condado apartment is a great getaway! The apartment has newer finishes, especiallly the bathrooms, which there are no photos. The building Amenities are very convenient. This part of condado is a bit quieter, but Ashford Ave is very walkable and filled with commerce. And lastly, the beach is unpopulated and is great for walking, hanging out & surfing, NOT swimming! Will absolutely be looking to stay here again.

Great location for San Juan

Great property and host - very responsive, friendly residents and great proximity to all things San Juan. We were able to walk for groceries, restaurants, beaches and more. Having on-site parking was wonderful. Apartment was quiet, clean and spaced nicely with bedrooms on opposite side. There is street noise but nothing unexpected given location. It was a great spot to stay to explore many different areas of PR.
