The exterior door leads to the cement pool deck, with a private saltwater pool and adjacent hot tub where you’re sure to spend hours splashing together and building memories. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is also provided here. The outdoor areas of this home are built for entertaining, with extensive open and covered decks, plenty of seating for dining or conversation, a tiki bar and a lush grassy area for your pets to enjoy within the fully fenced backyard. A bit further east, you can rent a pole and drop a line in the water at Ocean Crest Fishing Pier, enjoy a cold draft and a beautiful sunset from The Seahorse Eats and Drinks or celebrate a special occasion at one of nicest restaurants in the area, Island Way.
