Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Accessibility
This single-story home offers step-free entry through the front yard. If you are entering from the carport, there are two steps required.

Exterior Security Cameras
This property features two exterior security cameras. One is located at the front entrance facing outward toward the front yard and walkway, and the other is located at the back entrance facing the backyard. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record both video and sound when activated by motion, capturing footage when motion is first detected and continuing for 10 seconds after motion stops.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
