The Space:

The Treehouse is a sleek, single-level retreat designed for comfort and simplicity. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home features an open layout with clean lines, natural light, and modern finishes throughout. The living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, creating the perfect spot to gather and unwind. Each bedroom offers cozy, minimalist comfort, including a private ensuite in the primary suite. Surrounded by trees and peaceful views, it’s the ideal space to relax after exploring Bella Vista’s nearby trails and lakes.



Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with a unique door code to use on the front door and the studio door.



Please note: Garage is accessible for bike and vehicle storage. No street parking. The indoor fireplace is NOT available for guest use.

Nestled in the scenic community of Bella Vista, The Modern offers a peaceful, tree-lined setting while staying close to local attractions. Getting Around:

All roads are paved and well-maintained. NWA is perfect for biking and hiking, with countless trails, paved greenways, and outdoor spots to explore.

Please abide by home rules. Absolutely no parties. Observe quiet hours. We do not refund for weather or other events outside our control.



Interaction with Guests:

We are local and available for routine requested between 8 am and 6 pm. Emergency contact information is provided in the home. Be sure to review check in details prior to your arrival.
