Bella Vista offers many amenities which include fishing, swimming, indoor/outdoor pools, beach, kayak and pontoon rental, workout facilities, frisbee golf, mini golf, golf, pickleball and tennis courts. Hiking and mountain bike trails just a half mile from our front door. Tanyard Creek Waterfalls and Blowing Springs within minutes. After a day of exploring a short drive to Bentonville for locally owned restaurants, shopping, and must-see attractions such as the Crystal Bridges, Native American, and the Walmart Museums.

INDOOR LIVING: Guests can relax on our two full sized couches, stay connected with Free WiFi and enjoy Flat Screen Smart TVs in the living area and each bedroom. Coffee table can be made into a workspace.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, wraparound granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker w/ K-Cups, knife set, cooking basics, dishware /flatware.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Two furnished lakeview decks with grill.

GENERAL: Central Air conditioning /heat, ceiling fans, washer /dryer, linens /towels, beach towels, soaps

PARKING: Off-street parking spots (2 Vehicles Max)

2. You will need a guest pass to access Bella Vista pools, fitness center, lakes and amenities. If you are planning to do so, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide a guest pass before you check-in.

3. An Email where we can send them.
4. You do NOT need a guest pass for the hiking /biking trails and golf courses.
5. Guest Passes are NOT a free pass to access Bella Vista amenities - You still have to pay the necessary fees to use the amenities.

1. There are stairs. If you have small children and if you have physical disability or just having a hard time going up and down the stairs this property may not be the best option.
2. This townhouse currently DOES NOT have direct private lake access however it is very close to public lake access.
3. You can sign-in to your online streaming services however please don't forget to log out. We're not responsible if future guests use them if you forgot to log out.
4. Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras, at the front door facing the parking and on the back facing the lake. They do not look into interior spaces.
