Amazing lakefront location for swimming, sunsets and kayaking from our private dock. Enjoy it all! Our cozy updated townhome overlooks 220 acre Lake Windsor, with private decks on both floors and stairs going down to the lake.

Enjoy the views from the couch or step outside to one of our two decks to breathe in the scenery. When you are ready to recline, two bedrooms await to give you a blissful night of sleep. We welcome guests from all backgrounds to relax and unwind at our peaceful getaway.

TWO BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 2: (1) King Bed OR (2) Twin XL Beds at your request.Additional premium twin roll-away bed upon request.

INDOOR LIVING: Guests can relax on our two full sized couches, stay connected with Free WiFi and enjoy Flat Screen Smart TVs in the living area and each bedroom.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, new stainless steel appliances, wraparound granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker w/ K-Cups, knife set, cooking basics, dishware /flatware.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Two lake cove and lakeview private decks with grill overlooking all-sports Lake Windsor. Staircase from the lower deck to access the rear paved walking path. Stairs extend to your own private dock that includes loungers and (2) kayaks available for rent.

GENERAL: Central Air conditioning / heat, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, linens, towels, beach towels, soaps

PARKING: Off-street parking spots (2 Vehicles Max)

PETS: This is a NO PET home however if you have a Service Animal please refer to Other Details to Note below for additional information to provide prior to arrival.

OTHER: There are stairs. If you have small children, a physical disability or just have a hard time going up and down the stairs this property may not be the best option.

Coffee table can be made into a workspace.

1. You will receive a unique door access code and instructions the day of your check-in.
2. You will have access to all the amenities inside the house.

NOTE: Kayaks are available for $75 per booking/stay. (There are 2 kayaks).

We require guests to sign a waiver and pay through Vrbo prior to arrival for kayak access.

3. You will need a GUEST PASS to access Bella Vista pools, fitness center, lakes and amenities. If you are planning to do so, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide a guest pass before you check-in.

1. "All" the guests' complete name.

3. You do NOT need a guest pass for the hiking /biking trails and golf courses.
4. Guest Passes are NOT a free pass to access Bella Vista amenities - You still have to pay the necessary fees to use the amenities.

INDOOR POOL
Branchwood has an indoor swimming pool that is very popular for relaxing and aquatic exercise.

OUTDOOR POOLS
Kingsdale Complex near the Bella Vista Recreation Center and Metfield have outdoor pools. Kingsdale offers an adult only pool, family pool, and small wading pool. Metfield has a family pool and separate wading pool.

The Beach at Lake Avalon at 105 Lancaster Drive features a beautiful sandy beach with swimming, stand-up paddleboard and kayak rentals, a picnic area, a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, and more!

Saturday/Sunday: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Monday - Friday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

—FITNESS—
There are three facilities with various fitness equipment and exercise classes.
- Bella Vista Recreation Center & Kingsdale Pool (Newest & Closest)
- Metfield
- Branchwood on the west side of Bella Vista

Don’t forget to request your POA Guest Pass prior to arrival. Without these cards and ID you won’t be allowed access.

1. There are stairs. If you have small children, a physical disability or just having a hard time going up and down the stairs this property may not be the best option.
2. You will be required to sign a Lake Risk Statement prior to checking-in.
3. You can sign-in to your online streaming services however please don't forget to log out. We're not responsible if future guests use them if you forgot to log out.
4. Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras, at the front door facing the parking and on the back facing the lake. The exterior cameras do not have a view into interior spaces.
