This bright and airy home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (6 in beds + 2 additional on sofa or air mattress upon request).

Check-in: 1:00 PM  Check-out: 11:00 AM
No smoking inside the home.
No parties or unauthorized events.
No pets unless approved in advance.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (City of Marathon ordinance).
Children must be supervised near the canal, dock, and kayak.
Use outdoor rinse area for sand and salt before entering the house.
Please load the dishwasher, leave used towels in bathrooms, and throw away trash in outdoor bins before checkout.
Return bikes and kayak to their original locations after use.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Violations of these rules may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of stay as per policy.
