Enjoy the Keys state-of-mind in this fully-renovated, modern-coastal Florida Keys stilted beach house located in the desirable Sombrero Beach neighborhood. Ideally located, our house is within walking / biking distance (0.8 miles) to one of the nicest beaches in the Keys, Sombrero Beach (ranked in top 25 beaches in the US by TripAdvisor- #22). We are a short bike ride or two minute car ride to Sombrero Beach (walk/bike path). Down the other direction on Sombrero Beach Road, you will find two supermarkets (Publix and Winn Dixie), Walgreens Pharmacy & Publix Liquor Store. Local shops, tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, gym, boat rentals, boat charters, great local restaurants, bars and fun family attractions are just a short drive away.

Located in Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys, our location is convenient for day trips to Key West, Islamorada, Key Largo, and all the keys in between. Whether you enjoy relaxing on the beach or boating, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, world class snorkeling, diving, biking, pristine sand bars, day trips and/or sightseeing, this location provides lots of options for a memorable vacation, getaway or staycation!

In your backyard, there is a private 50' dock with plenty of room for a large boat and/or water toys. This deep-water dock is equipped with shore power, fish cleaning table, fresh-water hose connection & dock ladder. The house is located on a wide canal (deep draft) for easy navigation in and out. Boat rentals are also available in Marathon and can be delivered to your dock.

Unwind in the new 6-person spa whirlpool or hot tub with lounge seat, LED lights, waterfall and attached bar with bar stools. Relax in the evenings sipping your favorite beverage under the stars in the back porch overlooking the dock & canal. Enjoy sunset dinners in our Adirondack dining table overlooking the channel. Pull up a chair to the dock and watch the fish surround the underwater LED lights. Downstairs picnic table next to the spa and bar makes for a great evening enjoying the stars and tropical Keys vibe.

Three bikes (with baskets) along with one adult tricycle with room for your cooler/towels. In addition, two paddle boards and two kayaks are included for our guests, along with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, snorkeling gear (2 sets), etc. Additional water toys or bikes are available for rent in Marathon & can be conveniently delivered to your dock.

While enjoying kayaking or paddle board in the canal, you might encounter a magnificent and friendly manatee. Manatees are protected by law and we encourage our guests to help protect these amazing mammals. Enjoy watching them and let them be. If you are on a boat, please follow the no-wake zones and look out for them while boating.

There is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars on property and plenty of space for your boat trailer. Cars are not allowed to park along Sombrero Beach Road.
