The Space:

✦ We have arranged our cottage so that the whole family can stay there!



✦ The basement room includes two queen beds.



✦ The ground floor bedroom contains a bunk bed, one double and one single bed, as well as a large mirror with a large storage space behind. An additional mattress for another traveller, which is added last minute, will be stored under the bed below.



✦ The master bedroom which is on the ground floor will also have a king bed, a work desk including a monitor and a dresser to put your clothes.



✦ Our large kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook good dishes during your holidays. Dishes, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, food essentials are on site to facilitate the preparation. You will even have access to a fondue kit, raclette, hand blender and even a food processor!



✦ In the living room there is a large modular sofa, a smart TV to access your Netflix account and a beautiful modern interior fireplace. Large windows surround the living room, allowing you to have a splendid light and a view of nature.



✦ The basement offers a common area with a sofa and a single bed, a pool table as well as a TV, which is also smart.



✦ Outside, there is a terrace with furniture, a propane BBQ, the spa which is open year-round and the dock overlooking Lake Morin. In addition, you will have access to 2 kayak in the summer to venture out on the water.



✦ The cottage has a total of 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor!



Guest Access:

✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor areas in complete privacy.



The Neighborhood:

The Panda is located in a peaceful, green area of Sainte-Marcelline-de-Kildare, in the heart of the Lanaudière region. Surrounded by lush forests and bordering Lake Morin, the chalet enjoys a natural environment that inspires calm and relaxation.



The neighborhood is quiet and safe, made up mostly of vacation homes and a few cottages, preserving privacy while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Here, the sounds of nature — the wind in the trees and birdsong — set the tone.



Access is by car along small country roads lined with nature, giving a true sense of escape. While away from the hustle and bustle, the chalet remains within reasonable distance of essential services, allowing you to enjoy the serenity of the setting without sacrificing comfort.



Getting Around:

There is no public transportation. Transportation is by car.



Other Things to Note:

**City by-law allows us to rent to a maximum of 8 adults (there is no limit 17 years and under). **
