The Space:

The chalet has 3 bedrooms in all, 2 in the basement and a mezzanine:

✔ a bedroom with a queen bed

✔ a bedroom with 2 double bunk beds

✔ a mezzanine with 2 double beds



✔ There are 2 full bathrooms and a powder room on the main floor.

✔ In the basement you will find a corner to play table football and a living room with a large television.

✔ On the mezzanine, a special corner for children awaits the little ones to play in a cabin corner.

✔ The large open, spacious and very bright room allows beautiful family gatherings around the fireplace.

✔ The terrace overlooking the lake remains a very pleasant place in summer to relax and enjoy nature

✔ Private access to Lac Clermoustier with included watercraft: 1 pedal boat and 1 paddleboard for two people.



Guest Access:

It is necessary to have a vehicle to access the chalet.

In winter, a 4x4 type vehicle is recommended (SUV).

The chalet is ideally located on the beautiful Clermoustier Lake, in the peaceful neighborhood of Chertsey. You can enjoy the tranquility of the area while being close to outdoor activities and local attractions. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this location offers the best of both worlds.



Getting Around:

Winter Activities:

On-site: Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on a trail around the lake, ice skating on the lake (weather permitting).

Nearby: Val St-Côme Ski Resort, Ski Montcalm, Spa La Source in Rawdon, tubing at St-Jean-de-Matha (40 min drive).



Summer Activities:

On-site: Hiking trails, swimming (no motorized boats allowed), and fishing.

Included vessels: 1 pedal boat + 1 paddle board for two people

Nearby: Golf, Forêt Ouareau Regional Park, Arbraska adventure park, Parc des Chutes-Dorwin, Spa La Source in Rawdon.



Other Things to Note:

We have free WIFI and the LTE connection is very good at the chalet. You will have no worries watching your movies or working from the chalet.



Please note that no motorized watercraft are allowed on the lake.
