The houses are in one of the coolest residential neighborhoods in Austin, just 3-minutes to Downtown Austin.

Both houses are private and adjacent to each other.


Main House Downstairs:
1 king-sized bedroom with attached bathroom
1 additional half bathroom

Main House Upstairs:
1 queen-sized bedroom
1 bedroom with 1 twin-sized bunk bed (2 beds)
1 Additional queen bed in our recently converted patio space
1 rollaway bed available
1 full bathroom with tub/shower

Guest House:
1 queen-sized bedroom with attached full bathroom with tub/shower
1 Additional full-sized sofa bed

Main House:
The main house has 2 full baths and 1 half bath. There are 4 bedrooms including a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom and 1 twin-sized bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is a chic loft space with 2 makeup stations, floor to ceiling mirrors and an available rollaway bed. There is a recently converted upstairs patio space with another queen bed and sink with mini fridge. The patio space also includes a retro video game console with 12 classic video games and a digital game table to play all your favorite board games like monopoly, sorry, chess, battleship and the game of life just to name a few. This is a must try!

The chef’s kitchen is an open design with new pots/pans/dishes, cutlery set, etc. The living/dining room is perfect for watching your favorite TV shows or entertaining with friends. There are huge sliding glass doors which open to the wrap around back/front yards. A built-in Weber BBQ grill and outdoor seating make cooking outside fun. Want a little more privacy indoors? Check out the wireless blinds.

Dome:
Yes, it’s true. There is an outdoor dome you can sleep in. It even has a portable 32-inch TV on wheels and a queen bed. The dome has indoor carpet and LED lights inside as well as colored solar lights outside. It can become a private space with blackout curtains to ensure a good night sleep. It comes with a portable air conditioner and heater to make Austin nights more pleasant. It’s a truly unique experience. Special instructions will be given to guests to make the dome as comfortable as possible even on the hottest of days.

Hot Tub and Fire Pit:
Located right near the dome is the hot tub. Relax under a more than 100-year-old tree as you soak in Austin’s culture especially after a long day exploring the city. Enjoy a nice fire with our fire pit circle which includes 6 chairs in a private setting.

Guest House:
The guest house has 1 queen-sized bedroom with 1 attached full bathroom with a tub/shower. It has an open floor plan which includes a full kitchen and living room. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa for an extra guest. The guest house is its own space above the garage and is completely separate from the main house.

Summary
The main and guest house combined can accommodate 12 guests.




3-minute UBER or taxi ride to Downtown Austin.
15-minute ride to/from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA).
There is a bus stop around the corner from the house on 12th street.

The location can’t be beat as you are a 3-minute ride to downtown and a short walk to “the third coolest street in the world” (11th street) according to national publication Time Out. We are 15-minutes from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA).

You’ll be minutes away from Ladybird Lake (also known as Town Lake), 6th street, 4th street district, Rainey Street, Moody center, ACL and the congress street bridge where millions of Mexican free tail bats put on a nightly show during the summer months. The world-famous Franklin BBQ is only a short walk away as well as numerous other fantastic bars and restaurants.
