Betreten Sie die Haustür und der Blick wird Ihre Augen auf die Veranda und die Lagune und den Strand dahinter lenken. Mit der neuen Bildschirm-Eingangstür können Sie beide Lanai-Türen doppelt weit öffnen und die Meeresbrise spüren. Die Veranda ist der perfekte Ort, um zu essen oder zu lesen und vielleicht an diesem Nachmittag ein Nickerchen zu machen. Das Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls zum Strand ausgerichtet und verfügt über eine weitere Schiebetür zur Veranda. Die Wand der Fenster dort bietet auch einen atemberaubenden Blick.

Unsere Wohnung wurde gerade renoviert. Änderungen umfassen neue Marmordusche, vergrößertes Badezimmer mit Marmorwaschtisch und Fußböden. Die Küche ist mit Granitoberflächen und allen neuen Geräten aus Edelstahl, Backsplash und Kleingeräten ausgestattet. Zu den weiteren Einrichtungsgegenständen zählen ein neues Schlafsofa, eine neue Kingsize-Matratze, eine neue TV-Konsole, ein neuer 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, eine neue Waschmaschine und ein neuer Trockner und vieles mehr. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde gestrichen und aktualisiert.

Das Point Santo verfügt über einen Pool mit Strandblick, einen Whirlpool, Tennisplätze, ein Shuffleboard und Beachvolleyball. Es gibt Nachmittagsaktivitäten für Kinder und eine Muschelreinigungs- und Waschstation für die gefundenen Schätze. Liegestühle warten am Strand, aber wir haben auch Liegestühle und einen Sonnenschirm für Sie, wenn Sie näher am Wasser sein möchten.

Die Lage ist in der Mitte der Insel und in der Nähe von einigen der besten Restaurants und von Bailey's Grocery. Ein kurzer Spaziergang den Strand hinunter auf der linken Seite führt Sie zum Strandrestaurant und zur Bar des Casa Ybel. Am Point Santo ist es einfach, einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. The Perfect Well Appointed Unit with Everything You Need For Enjoyable Vacation

Rented this unit to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary on Sanibel Island. Location at center of Island is perfect! Appointment of the unit was excellent with virtually everything you would need for an enjoyable location. Karen was a fantastic host!

Paradise on Sanibel

We loved our condo. It is decorated nicely and we had beach towels and chairs. The view is awesome with a lake directly in front with the Gulf in the background. There is a screened in balcony over the lake. The bedroom room has a panoramic view Of the lake and Gulf as well ! The owner was in contact and helped to make sure our Stay was flawless. I highly recommend this property !!

Amazing tropical paradise!

This is the unit to stay! The property is so clean lush and flowers bloom everywhere along with beautiful birds. The beach is clean and so many shells! The condo is simply spectacular! The views are gorgeous and the condo is just amazing. The island has great restaurants and is a very relaxing place. Just enough shops and places to go to still have a quiet getaway. I highly recommend this as your next vacation. Absolutely perfect and heavenly!

Paradise Found

The minute we opened the door and walked into this lovely one bedroom condo we knew we would have an enjoyable stay....and we did! The view was beautiful and the owners have not missed a beat with providing a well stocked, comfortable condo. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was tastefully done in a nautical motif. We had a relaxing stay and look forward to returning in 2016....we have already booked our weeks. This one is a keeper!!

WOW!!! Beautiful condo and great location!

This was our first time to Sanibel and we have raved about it ever since. We were looking for a vacation where we were somewhat secluded and the beach was not over crowded. Well, this was the place. Our view was unbelievable from the lanai and the water was so nice. The condo was just as described on the website and in the pictures...perfect!! I cannot put into words how much we enjoyed our stay in Sanibel...I still have pictures up on my desktop and I think about it everyday!! Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful place to stay for me and my family.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in your beautiful condo! Everything was perfect ...clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and in a fantastic location...what more could you ask for? Breakfasts on the lanai, daily jogs and bike rides on the trails, super "shelling", and visits to the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge, and Wildlife Drive were just a few of the highlights of our Sanibel experience. We were thrilled to see gators, manatee, and dolphins in the wild! Contact with owner was excellent. Highly recommend C-24 Point Santo de Sanibel! We'd love to return!

Quiet, restful, clean, freshly decorated.

My husband and I have stayed a lot of places...but this was the best! Every thing has been placed here you probably are going to need already for your convenience. Bring your swimsuit, a pair of shorts and a t-shirt , your personal items and you're set. Get ready-w you walk in the door -you see the beach!??? The management company was a wonderful resource for anything else you may need to know. Sanibel is an awesome vacation and this is the place to stay. (Loved the elevator and no stair layout!)

Beautiful property , beautiful condo

It is our second stay in the unit C 24 Pointe Santo. Last year we did a long detail of our view of the unit and Sanibel Island . Well, the magic is still intact !!! I congratulate the owner and your local administrator for the excellent condition of the unit !! We spent a magical week family holiday. If you are renting this property , take only your suitcase Karen is responsible for providing the rest.

Perfect Couples Retreat

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Pointe Santo. The layout of the condo was great and the kitchen was large with everything needed. The rest of the condo had comfy furniture and decorated with that island feel. The view from the deck was spectacular. The amenities of the complex were just as good as the unit. We enjoyed shuffleboard, pool, Jacuzzi, and walking around the lagoon. We didn't use them, but there are plenty of nice grills around for your own use! When the screen door is installed a nice breeze will go through the whole unit. This is our new favorite place on the island. We have been coming since 2008, and this property wowed us.

sannibel success

My husband and I took our 1st trip to Sannibel Island recently, staying at Pointe Santo unit C24. It was better than we could have imagined. The condo was tastefully decorated, very organized and the view from the lanai was spectacular. All the comforts of home were provided, dishes and cooking utensils were plentiful and of good quality. Beach chairs, towels and beach toys were available for tenant use. Karen was very prompt with all email inquiries and provided a phone number if we hadd any difficulties/concrrns - we didn't. It was our first trip to beautiful Sannibel Island but won't be our last- we've already booked this gem of condo for next year!!!

The best view on Sanibel

Karen was a dream to work with--her condo is beyond all expectations and oh the VIEW from the walls of ceiling to floor windows--birds,the lagoon,palms and the Gulf--beautiful, beautiful! There are so many "starter products" in the kitchen and bathroom, lovely and bountiful glassware and china, as well as all the appliances one could wish for. We've stayed on Sanibel for the past 35 years and this condo is the BEST. Lots of beach chairs, shell nets and kids toys are in the unit too. Get a" Sunny Day" booklet and check all the coupons --try the early bird at Timbers, the free bottle of wine at Jacaranda, the dinner specials at Jerry's , and of course the fun Matzaluna. Il Celio is a special treat with a #2 rating on trip advisor. RENT this condo, for a dream vacation, you can't go wrong! Chris and Jim from Penna.

Best Place to Stay on Sanibel

Gorgeous condo in a gorgeous complex. White sandy beach. Fabulous view of the lagoon and gulf. Can watch the dolphins from your lanai. Sliders across the entire south side on the gulf -- living room and bedroom. High-end furniture, linens, granite-and-stainless kitchen with bar. Everything furnished... from beach towels, chairs, umbrella, buckets and more! Common area includes heated pool, hot tub, even rooftop deck. Spotless grounds, lovely landscaping. Plenty of lounges on the beach. Volleyball setup, cornhole all there. Tennis, shuffleboard, etc. Other plusses include elevator right outside the door, gas grills and seating under Tiki huts just below the lanai, stacked washer and dryer. Walking distance to grocery and cinema. Can even walk the beach to nearby bar and a public park. Can fly in for weeks to escape winter -- with only a backpack. Won't ever look for another condo on Sanibel!

My Vacation on Sanibel Island

My wife and I were looking for a quiet get-a-way at the end of the summer. We decided to rent a condo on Sanibel Island with the recommendation of friends and family who have also visited this area. I found the condo on VRBO and started to email the owner with questions, availability, etc. The owner was wonderful. She answered all my questions promptly and honestly and we decided to rent her condo. I already had a good, positive feeling about our trip before we even left New Hampshire. Once we arrived at the condo I was so happy with the entire experience. The rental agency was great . The condo was everything we expected and more! Beautifully furnished and very close to the wonderful beach. New appliances, clean and quite comfortable condo. We walked down to the beach every day. The water was warm and fun and looking for sea shells was a must. Also we rented bikes for the week and enjoyed sight seeing on the island. The beautiful JN Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge is a must see. We also enjoyed the restaurants for evening dining. I would highly recommend this condo. One bedroom is perfect for couple. Also a sofa sleeper for more guests if needed. The owner was great with everything and seemed to truly care that my wife and I had a perfect vacation at her property. I look forward to going again!!

Hurricane Ian vacation

Well we were lucky enough to be on vacation right when Hurricane Ian hit was on its way. Karen, our host, stayed in communication and kept us up to date on the path of the Hurricane and current updates for the property. She was just awesome. We were there long enough to enjoy one day at the beach and a great meal at the Sunset grill. We were able to book a flight out one day prior to evacuation. The property is beautiful. The condo is very clean, cozy and has all the comforts of home. The view in the morning is breathtaking. We did take a quick dip in the pool and hot tub and they were both lovely. It was sad to have to leave such a beautiful place, even sadder to see the destruction after the hurricane. Wishing a successful recovery to all on Sanibel. We will be waiting patiently to come back.

Cannot say enough about this property and the owners. Fantastic communication with Karen. Very clean and well equipped . Great spot on the island easy to get to everywhere, hire a bike no need to use the car. All the beach equipment you need. Comfy bed. Feels like your own place not a rental. Will return!

A cozy beach place to relax and refresh

Property was well-maintained and staff were always taking care of grills, trash, etc. Met lots of nice families on the beach just a short walk from the room. The lanai was wonderful and the condo decor was beachy and tasteful. Kitchen was nice and beach chairs and umbrella was great. My only complaint was the A/C being loud and inconsistent between the bedroom and family room. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to keep us entertained in the evenings. It was a nice week!

Never made it.

Due to last Saturday’s snafu at JetBlue’s Boston airport, we never made it. Spent over twelve hours at airport, took 3 cabs and spent over $200 for hotel. Flight cancelled and rebooked repeatedly for not available flights and departing from a different airport. Finally took hour and a half bus ride home and then another taxi. Host was able to rent a few days so received partial refund from very helpful owner.

My husband has been coming to Sanibel since he was a young child.
