HOUSE RULES

- No events, parties, or large gatherings. Contact owner or property manager for prior approval if at any point will be over max occupancy of 8 or guests not listed on reservation.
- Zero tolerance for smoking of any kind inside or outside the house. This includes all tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes.
- No pets allowed
- Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
- Heated pool temperature is 84-86 degrees $80 Daily with 3 day minimum during fall/winter months at guests' requests. Spa runs between 99-101 degrees.
- Please note that you can't run the spa and pool heat at the same time.
- Absolutely no loud noises or loud music will be tolerated (Please be respectful to the neighbors as they live there full time and are not on vacation)
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID required with booking to check sex offender list due to local laws for short term rentals
- NOTE: Because the pool is not fenced, this property may not be suitable for young children; adult supervision is recommended
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras: An exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry, 2 exterior security cameras on the side of the house facing the front if the property on the west side of the house. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector)
- NOTE: There is a strict HOA rule of no cars can be parked on the street past sundown. Please park in driveway or garage. For safety purposes, there is not a garage door remote for guests to utilize
- NOTE: The pool and spa temperature not guaranteed and can fluctuate slightly based on outside ambient air temperature
